The hotel is old but well-cleaned. It was a little noisy because you could hear the sounds and conversations of the neighboring rooms. The location is great.

Good location about ten minutes walk from the train station and just across the street from the historic area. Shops and restaurants all nearby. More like a three star than a four star hotel really. No kettle or fridge, only soap in the bathroom, the worst pillows I’ve ever seen (had to fold up clothes to use), no English language tv stations available. The room and hotel were clean but it has a rundown feel. Unfortunately there are not many hotel options in this small town.

Uwaga na bezpośrednią rezerwację ! Regulamin mówi, że jak wpłacisz pieniądze i odpowiednio wcześnie zrezygnujesz to powinieneś dostać zwrot. Tymczasem hotel nie odda ci pieniędzy, nie odpowiada na maile i udaje, że nic się nie stało. Mało profesjonalne podejście.

I had higher expectations from the fotos. In general I love old grand dame hotels, even if they have patina. But the Pannonia was just a bit too dark and cold, especially in the public areas. In my room, I also had to ask for someone to make the heater work. I think this hotel is in need of a spark of motivation, more than renovation. The old furniture is not the problem, it is quite authentic in the lobby actually. The price-benefit-ratio is at least very good. And the service of the lady at the reception was outstanding, seems she has to take care of everything, and she is a real asset for the hotel.

Alleen overnacht, prachtig hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, luxe uitstraling. Mooie ruime, rustige en schone kamer. Badkamer netjes en schoon met ligbad Helaas geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijt, we vertrokken te vroeg. Fijn dat je kan parkeren in eigen parkeergarage

The hotel is very nice with good location. It was easy to find from the main station. I loved that the old town is right in front of the door. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was delicious. The spa was unfortunately unter reconstruction in august but there were enough things to do and see in Sopron.

I stayed 3 nights in September. Classic-style hotel in a great location. Nice, large rooms and very clean. Staff are excellent. They were all very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, very nice and helpful staff, and Sopron is the last middle age citadel in the European Pusta. The breakfast was very good, trying to accommodate all tastes and culinary necessities. The only thing is that in Sopron there are not too many restaurants to eat, but plenty of bars, pubs, places to drink and bar menus. We arrived on a Saturday evening around 7:30 and it was no restaurant open. We ended up in a pub and had a salad, which wasn't that great but the atmosphere was very nice and we enjoyed the place a lot.

Der wirklich alte Teil des Hotels ist wunderschön und echt sehenswert. Der Preis und die Lage waren unschlagbar toll. Wir würden daher dieses Hotel auch wieder besuchen. Leider befindet sich das Hotel aktuell im Totalumbau und war auch sehr ausgestorben. Das Licht um Gang zu unserem Zimmer ging nicht und es waren Einbruchspuren an der Tür sichtbar - das hat uns etwas beunruhigt. Die Rezeptionistin war ein wenig seltsam und nur wenig hilfsbereit als wir im Hotel ankamen.
