The hotel is very clean and warm. The owner and the lady boss are very warm and friendly. They provide free pick-up and drop-off at the entrance of Huanglong Scenic Area (although it is not far from the scenic area). The farmhouse dishes cooked in the restaurant are also excellent. The room facilities are very poor, the food prices are ridiculously high, it's hard to describe. The breakfast is simple and the service attitude is average. I will not recommend friends to go to this restaurant again.

It was good to stay there 1 night to visit the park …Chinese local hotel no holiday paradise!!!…but for our reason perfect…the owner and stuff where super friendly and helpful👌🏻…and we pay 20€ for the night …for me it was good in there…a bit cold but if you book a low budged hotel don’t expect a premium hotel …thanks again to the owner and stuff for their help👌🏻

Service was good with staff providing transport to cable car entrance and the train station. Within walking distance of hotel are located rivers and forested areas and also shops selling essential foodstuff.

This is a typical Chinese local hotel. It has nothing with Grand Hyatt hotels and groups. So don't be fooled by its name. So, please don't expect the Grand Hyatt standard.
Having said that, the service provided was better than average . The owner of the hotel tried the best .
If you have never stayed in any Chinese local hotels, then it's probably not the best suit for you. Otherwise, it served good purpose to rest our tired bodies after the half day tour in nearby tourist attraction- Huanglong
