The environment of this hotel is quiet, the independent parking lot is convenient for parking, the room facilities are very new, the interior is clean and tidy, and the service quality is professional. Arrive in Songpan on the afternoon of October 27 and stay at SILKROAD HOTEL. It was cold in Songpan, and I heard that Prime Minister Keqiang had passed away due to illness, and I felt heavy. When I checked in at the hotel, the front desk manager Zhou was very enthusiastic. He arranged a room and upgraded it to a deluxe standard room. Due to the cold weather, it was also equipped with an electric heater. Thank you very much. The room's sanitary ware and bedding are clean, and parking is convenient. This is our second time staying at this hotel. Worth choosing.

It's a pleasant surprise to be able to stay in Hanting in Songpan. The facilities are very new and separate dry and wet areas. The sanitary conditions are particularly good! There is a laundry room and dryer, and the breakfast variety is quite rich.
The location is a bit far away from Songpan Ancient City. It is recommended to take a taxi there for a few yuan. Parking is convenient downstairs.
You can walk across Xinsongqiao to find food.

Service: The boss is very enthusiastic and helped us turn on the heating in the house very early. When we entered the house, it was warm and miserable.
Hygienic: The room is clean and tidy.
Facilities: WiFi can be used, but there is a sound when sleeping at night. I don't know if it is air-conditioned. It will ring every other time. You can repair it.

GGuest UserThe best thing about the hotel is the location - only a few minutes drive to the Huanglong Scenic Area entrance. Th hotel was also good at helping arrange someone to fetch me from the airport and to take me to Jiuzhaigou the next day.
I arrived at night (9pm). Check in was fine, however, I can’t say the reception was very friendly or welcoming - I’m not sure if that’s because no-one speaks English (and yet at other hotels even though no-one spoke English you felt welcome).
The room smelled of smoke which is standard in Chinese hotels. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee 🤷♀️ The rooms are not sound-proof - thankfully the kids who were playing in the corridor went to bed at 10pm. Decent shower pressure and hot water.
I cannot comment on food - it looked traditional Chinese which I knew in advance so I don’t even bother going there for breakfast.
The village itself is small and there is not much around. There are some little shops to get the basics.
I wouldn’t recommend spending more than one night - a half a day is all you need to visit Huanglong

ZZminminThe boss is very nice. If you stay at his hotel, you can be picked up from the scenic spot for free. The hotel environment and hygiene are very good. The yak hot pot in the restaurant is delicious. In Huanglong, you can see the beautiful snow-capped mountains, colorful pools, blue sky and white clouds. 👍👍

GGuest UserWe stayed one night at the hotel and we are very very satisfied with the property. The rooms are newly renovated, very clean and spacious . It’s nightly oxygen supply in the room is a nice feature. We liked especially the bathroom, with a smart toilet seat and a well sealed shower door, which is not that common rare in china. The flow from the shower head is strong and the floor is very clean (see photo). The toiletries are well supplied..
The hotel has a very good restaurant, good menu and reasonably priced relative to its good quality. the breakfast is just a feast of local food and plenty western dishes.
Overall I d highly recommend it to international touristes

GGuest User川西獨行，下單了個大床房，房間比較小，但讓獨宿的人很有安全感。阿姨收拾得很乾凈，估計是被評論過所以很認真地交代我洗澡時先放掉會涼水，熱水確實管夠。阿姨和叔叔會起早給住客安排早餐，早餐質樸簡單，很家常飽足的感覺。
最感動的事有兩件，一件是因為離松州古城近，玩得比較晚，阿姨十點半給我打電話關心安全問題；另一件是，最後一晚跟阿姨交代了隔天一早就走，怕麻煩人，準備收拾收拾悄悄走的，但阿姨叔叔在5℃的天裏給匆匆的我塞了一對剛煮的雞蛋，還騎小電驢送我去接駁站，冷風撲面，後座的我暖暖的……
阿姨叔叔對軟件很不熟悉，搞不清楚平台的機制，所以大多放任不管，還會因為用户大晚上下單，擔心提前抵達而起夜守候，所以有下單後想提前去的還是跟阿姨打聲招呼吧。
做點公允的總結:
1. 房間比較小，但獨居還是很自在的，兩人間會拘束一點，但這個價位性價比也非常高啦；
2. 位置很好，頂多十分鐘就可以走到松州古城，距離車路遠一點，夜裡非常安靜（衹能聽到村裡的微弱狗叫）；
3. 服務絕對滿分！阿姨會提前一天瞭解早餐時間，做好準備；擔心有什麼需要而反覆熱情瞭解，剛開始要出門給大姨打電話問事情，看着阿姨從街道火燒火燎一路小跑回來還挺感動的；主動提供出行建議；顧慮住户的安全；為住户儘可能提供便利；態度非常和善貼心；
4. 阿姨非常喜歡養花，養的黑法師、新娘吊蘭、蟹爪蘭都在爆花，而且一直堅持做瑜伽，是個很懂生活的人。
衹要不介意是民宿改造，阿姨這旅店體驗絕對很棒！對於窮遊的人來説也是上上之選！如果有機會重遊川西，絕對會是阿姨的回頭客（´⌣`ʃƪ）

The hotel also upgraded the suite for free and extended the check-out time to 2 p.m. The manager was particularly enthusiastic. Because we couldn't leave the hotel in time due to schedule issues, the manager saw us waiting in the lobby and specially allowed us to have tea and rest in the Sunshine Tea Room. Thank you so much!

JJulia mccIt is very close to the cable car station of Huanglong Scenic Area. It is convenient to enter the scenic area after breakfast as there are few people. The room has air conditioning at night and electric heater at other times. It's not cold at all. If you meet a tour group for breakfast, you need to grab a meal. The meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner are delicious, the vegetables are fresh, and there is no problem in eating full. The bedding and quilt are comfortable. We were given a late check-out until 2 o'clock, but we couldn't do it any later. It can be understood that the room is fully booked. It is recommended that everyone book this hotel. Convenience is the most important thing when visiting.
