Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre etait spacieuse et donnait sur le jardin. Très calme. Petit déjeuner et dîner étaient parfaits. Personnel au petit soin. Parking gratuit à l'hôtel. Les plages sont proches et magnifiques. Nous reviendrons

Celebramos un evento recientemente, la verdad que fué un día memorable, el trato del personal excepcional y el lugar maravilloso, así como la calidad de la comida degustada. Nada que ver con los únicos comentarios que veo negativos..imagino son por gente que reclama intuyo que preteniendo que les regalen algo...o por precios,,,cosa que hay que informarse para saber donde está uno y si su poder adquisitivo va acorde el nivel que atesora este establecimiento. La verdad que el año que viene tenemos otro evento familiar y recurriremos a Torres de Somo sin dudar.

El personal muy amable , la habitación correcta , silenciosa y cómoda . El servicio de room SERVICE un atraco , te cobran 3€ de suplemento por cada cosa que pidas y sin avisarte , suplemento de 3€ por servicio es normal pero por cada cosa no , además de no traer el ticket al servirte para firmar que se lo pedí al camarero ,ya me explicó porque , no solo metieron dos cervezas de más , sino los recargos , si los veo para firmar les devuelvo todo . Se me abonaron las dos cervezas de más 14€ y que comunican mi descontento a gerencia , solución ninguna , por eso comunico yo a TODOS LIS POSIBLES USUARIOS

In this hotel the rooms are outdated, old and over priced. We had an attic room that was dark, with no tea/coffee making facilities. The staff were efficient but not friendly. The breakfast buffet was nice. On check out we were charged extra for parking. Somo is beautiful but stay somewhere else unless you want to be over charged.

Vaya por delante que no voy a hablar del servicio de hotel del que no puedo opinar ta que nunca estuve alojado. Mi opinión es en relación a una terraza que tienen abierta en el jardín de la parte de atrás. Francamente nos pareció un atraco. Terraza en un terreno propio del hotel, en el jardín de la parte de atrás, no está ocupando terreno público con maravillosas vistas o situaciones similares donde las tasas a pagar pueden justificar una repercusión en los precios. Un gin tonic 12 euros, una cerveza Mahon normal y corriente 5 euros y por ahí seguido. Igual nos vieron cara de primos o era el día de hacer caja. Solamente quiero dejar áviso a "navegantes de la zona".

Un entorno perfecto con zona de terraza, food truck,piscina, muy completo lo mejor de la zona. Sitio con encanto muy bien.ubicado, con una cocina de productos de calidad, trato excepcional del personal, muy agradable descubrimiento en Somo, sin duda repetiremos.

Ha sido una estancia traumatica porque nos han comido chinches. Nos han dicho que son mosquitos pero no lo son. Mosquitos los ves y los oyes… ventanas hemos cerrado. Nos han pedido disculpas y ya… fotos de picaduras no voy ni poner, no quiero herir la sensibilidad . A este hotel les falta una revision de sanidad
