"Recently stayed here with my young family in a 6 room dormitory. The pillows covers were stained, duvets stunk and plug sockets had chewing gum stuck to them. Far from what I expected after a 4hr drive and in a 200 plus location from home. Unable to approach anyone to address situation as unmanned when we went to bed. What a big disappointment!"

"We have just returned home from a great weekend celebrating a birthday and wedding anniversary. We stayed in room 5 which was a lovely room at the front of the building. Newly renovated with a lovely up to date bathroom. Totally spotless with a very comfy bed. We had breakfast each morning and were looked after by the lovely manager. Lots of options on the breakfast menu. We also had 2 evening meals which were delicious. We would highly recommend a stay here. We stayed 4 years ago before the renovation and will definitely return in the future"
