Compared with the other three hotels in Mayakoba Park, it is the cheapest. The beach area and the lobby are about 1 kilometer away. Transportation is basically by bicycle or golf cart, which is not very convenient. It is said that there are only four restaurants to choose from, but these four are not open for every meal, so it is equivalent to having no choice within a period of time, only one to choose from, and the variety of dishes is very small. The hotel itself is not an all-inclusive hotel, so all-inclusive guests have to go through the ordering and signing process to eat and drink, which is very troublesome. At the end of the checkout, the bill was calculated incorrectly, and I almost had to pay for an extra dinner. The service is just like this, almost average in Cancun, not worthy of the price.
