Sokcho Chonpines Beach Hotel

속초해변과 가깝고. 중앙시장에서는 멀다 숙소는 깨끗하며 방음은 잘안되는. 듯

복도와 엘레베이터까지 시원해서 너무 좋고 해수욕장도 바로 앞에 있어서 산책할때도 대만족이었습니다 변기뚜겅은 너덜거리고 테이블이 오래 되어서 그런지 삐걱거리는 소리가 나고 옷걸이도 망가진게 있어서 좀 그랬지만 잘때는 침대가 푹신해서 잘잤습니다 속초해변이랑 근접해 있어서 부담없이 이용하기는 무리가 없이 좋았습니다

It was convenient because it was right in front of the beach and there was a convenience store and cafe underneath the building. It was clean, but a bit small. It was okay to stay there for a good price!

It is difficult to determine which building you are in until check-in, and the system is confusing, but I am very satisfied with the room condition. Although it has an ambiguous sea view, it is convenient because it is very close to Sokcho Beach.

속초해수욕장 바로 앞이라 위치도 좋고 시설도 생긴 지 얼마 안되어서 좋네요. 주차할 공간이나 주변에 식당, 편의점 등 이용 가능한 곳이 많아서 특히 좋았습니다.

도착했더니 청소가 아직 안 끝나서 당황했지만, 전화했더니 바로 룸 업그레이드 해주셨어요. 여러 호텔이 입점해있어서 착오도 좀 있었습니다 위치가 미쳤습니다. 슬리퍼 신고 나가면 바로 해변이에요. 건물에 식당들, 편의점이 입점해있어서 편합니다. 근처에 다른 식당들도 많아요

The hotel location is good, but the cleaning was not very clean. Water stains in the bathroom and dust on the bed were visible to the eye.

There is no one at the reception upon arrival. You can check in independently only through cocoa current. Which there was no information about on the booking page. There is no internet in the lobby. There is a reception in the next building, but they will not help) this is a different service company. It was with great grief that we managed to contact the registration office by mail and receive passwords for check-in. They gave us rooms in the next building, but they didn’t tell us about that either. One of the 5 rooms was not cleaned; there was someone else's garbage and dirty linen lying around there. They had already stopped answering emails, but by that time there was a person at the registration desk and we were given a replacement number. The air conditioning in one of the rooms did not work, I had to sleep with the windows open and the sham from the street. Accordingly, you will not receive a second blanket in the room if you wish. This is a nightmare, not a service!
