The stay in Sofia took some getting used to. The location of the property is perfect, very close to the city center and the metro station. The staff was nice and courteous and available to answer any questions. The accommodation is secured by a pin code on the outside. The rooms are okay, you have beds, a closet and a kettle. We personally couldn't find a kitchen, but there should be one. The water in the showers was warm, so a plus. Nevertheless, the window didn't close and it was a bit colder. Check-in was easy, you were given towels and shampoo, but there was no one at the reception when you checked out. Our biggest problem was that the walls are very permeable to noise. We woke up at 4:30 because it was so loud in the hallway (probably drunk roommates) and it sounded like the scenario was right in our room. Conclusion: doable, but takes some getting used to -> okay for 1/2 nights, but I wouldn't have felt comfortable there for longer. Strangely enough, not a single female person was seen there.
