Upon arrival in the evening, they forced me to wait in reception for the booking confirmation from trip.con to arrive on their computer .... even all night if necessary. This despite the fact that I had already provided the reservation number that arrived on my smartphone and they had already seen the message from my bank of the payment made .... INCOMPETENT.
After a fortunately not very long wait (thanks to trip.com who immediately sent the confirmation on their computer), they finally gave me a room.
Surprise, water flowed in rivers in the toilet bowl and I had to turn off the general tap.
Dirty everywhere in the bathroom and the bed was made with short sheets so much so that you could see the mattress....
Highly recommended for anyone who does not want to deal with human stupidity and dirt ...
