Отличный отель . Жили на 13 этаже. Рядом с ландж зоной. Номер большой просторный. Есть балкон с мебелью вид на город хотя море и порт видно отлично. В номере все есть кофе, чай, сливки. Рум сервиз работает оперативно.. На крыше спа зона бассейн, хамам,сауна.

Очень все уютно,рекомендую однозначно. Приветливый персонал. Все очень красиво. Один из самых лучших отелей в Сочи,рядом с морем,прекрасные виды на море и яхты .Всегда солидные хорошие соседи.Очень нравится этот отель,не первый раз уже здесь.

Месторасположение отличное- главные достопримечательности все в шаговой доступности. Потрясающий вид на город и море, в зависимости от номера. Прекрасные завтраки- всё и на любой вкус. К сожалению, отель уже устал и морально устарел- очень аскетичные ванные, в которых недостаточно света, грязное ковровое покрытие в номере- не хочется разуваться.

Сейчас проживаем в номере 908. Сегодня 6 июля 2024 г. Семья из трех человек. Номер стоит 45 тыс. в сутки с видом на море. Не поверите - подушка рваная......как такое возможно в отеле 5 звезд? На ресепшн мы сказали- там извинились конечно и подушку поменяли - но осадок недосервиса остался. За границей такого не встречали. Считаем сервис за такие деньги должен быть безупречным. Кроме того зачем то забрали из номера винные бокалы- в то время как на столе находится неполная бутылка вина, которую мы купили.

Отель моей любимой сети Accor. В прошлый раз останавливался в Меркур, который рядом. Пулман 5*: у меня был номер с балконом и видом на море. При отеле есть бассейн (не пользовался в этот раз - холодно), неплохой тренажерный зал, подземная парковка, ресторан и бар. В целом, всё неплохо, только раковина была в моём номере несколько засорена.

Третий раз проводим свой короткий отпуск в Pullman Sochi Center и ни разу не разочаровались в своём выборе. Размещение, сервис, завтраки - всё на высшем уровне. Великолепные бассейны и собственный пляж. Чуткий и внимательный персонал мгновенно откликается на все просьбы. С удовольствием забронировали очередной визит. Огромное спасибо менеджерам и всему персоналу отеля за безупречное отношение к гостям!

Забронировали номер, но в эти же сутки изменились планы, так как нас подвел туроператор, изменив город вылета, соответсвенно бронь данного отеля для нас потеряла актуальность, спустя 6 часов брони позвонили с просьбой отменить бронь, которая была через 3 недели, отказали сославшись на невозвратный тариф, считаю клиентоориентированность на нуле. Не бронируйте, вам на уступки никто не пойдет!

Три звезды, не больше. Работа горничных вызывает отвращение- МОЮТ ПОЛЫ НАШИМИ ПОЛОТЕНЦАМИ. Грязными руками застилают постель, сворачивают полотенца. Экономят на всех мелочах, даже вода в бутылках отвратительная. Территория открытая, проходная , собственной территории нет. Закрытого пляжа нет. БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ НЕТ. Охранники тупят. Много ещё можно написать

Отличный отель для деловой поездки. В самом центре Сочи, шикарные виды на море, панарамный спа на 16 этаже. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Рекомендую завтраки на террасе, очень вкусно и с душой. Очень рекомендую.
