"A hotel definitely suited to a young clientele, located on three floors without an elevator in the heart of the city center. Small rooms, but no closets. Frequent linen changes, very clean for a standard. Reception only open 9am-5pm."

"Perfect solution for a holiday in Skiathos. Very central (halfway between the old port and the new port near the buses and the center) with parking, new structure with small rooms but equipped with all comforts (for us Italians the only thing missing is the bidet but that is never found) upon arrival you find a bottle of water and sweet and savory snacks that are refilled every day, Nespresso machine and kettle, small very comfortable shower clothes horse, kind and smiling owners, nearby there is a nice park for children. If you choose breakfast it is done in a partner restaurant and is mostly a savory breakfast. Highly recommended excellent value for money, top cleaning."

"I stayed there for two weeks in June. Good value for money. I stayed in an apartment for three people on the second floor with a magnificent view of Skiathos town and the sea. The kitchen has everything you need for breakfast. The bathroom, while small, has a large shower, albeit with a curtain. You can wash without flooding the area outside the shower. There's always hot water, and no suds come out of the shower drain (a pleasant and rare thing in budget apartments in Greece!). Sheets are changed every day, towels every three days, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The overall cleanliness is excellent, and the outdoor area is well-maintained. The location is quiet, away from the chaos and noise of the city. I recommend having your own transportation (car, scooter, etc.) to reach these studios. Sheets are changed every day, towels every 3 days and the rooms are cleaned daily. Excellent level of general cleanliness and well-kept external environment. The place is quiet, away from the city chaos and city noise. I recommend having your own transport (car, scooters, etc...) to reach these "Studios". Eleni and her son are always available and kind. "We had an amazing experience for the few days we stayed at the Avaton suites and villas. Rooms were spacious, nicely decorated with the use of hot tub. Combined with spectacular views to the sea, in the middle of woods was exactly what we needed. But above all you could feel their hospitality. Eleni and her team worked hard all hours to make sure every wish was fullfilled. Quite often Eleni was thinking for us before we even realise we needed something. Her moto was 'just ask'!! It was our first visit to the island, will cherish all memories. Thank you!!"

"Expensive hotel, poorly managed, hardly any staff, no air con. It looks great on the photos; modern, simple design but nothing works properly. Beds hard, plumbing noises throughout the night, next to a beach that would have been beautiful at one point but now overrun by tourism. Don’t recommend at all. Won’t be coming back."

"Our stay at the hotel was 1st class, the location perfect for all Skiathos town has to offer. The hotel staff were so kind & caring and a credit to the hotel. Room was exceptionally clean and have got all the mod cons. Breakfast was to a good standard with things cooked to order. The only thing that was disappointing was the drinks from the bar & mini bar as these were very expensive. Mythos beer in town 3-4 euros…..7 at the hotel. Overall a lovely stay & would definitely stay again"

"The studios are right across the street from the sea and there is a nice view of the bay from the rooms. The street though is quite noisy well into the evening. So its a balance. Room was nice spacy and clean - the kitchen utensils not so much. Very nice service, nice people."
