Comincio con il dire che ho prenotato 5 mesi prima del nostro arrivo ed ho chiesto un servizio Impeccabile anche perché ho prenotato 5 appuntamenti ed abbiamo pagato circa 3500 euro! Ho Fatto richiesta di 3 automobili e le ho pagate non poco ed erano delle carrette...non avrei brontolare se me le avesse fatte pagare di meno ma ho pagato 34 euro al giorno stesso prezzo che mi avevano chiesto al porto. Sorvoliamo questo particolare diciamo che il posto merita molto pulito e profumato ma qualche pecca c è tipo i panini che non sono una box come da descrizione ma delle buste con panini semi vuoti. La colazione molto abbondante ma manca il caffè che costava altri 2e!!! Insomma la vacanza poi è andata loro sono tutti gentili Leo è sempre presente!

Wonderful place and wonderful hosts. Heartfelt thanks to Panos for everything he does to make you feel good. Excellent location - close to the harbour, waterfront taverns and the city centre.. Clean. Wonderful service. Quiet complex. I highly recommend.

Struttura situata in una posizione eccellente di Skiatos, a circa 500 metri dal porto, camera molto confortevole pulita giornalmente, una buonissima colazione a buffet ogni mattina con aggiunta di uno spuntino a sacco per pranzo. La struttura dispone di una piccola piscina comunque piacevole. Molto comodo il transfer A/R da Aeroporto. Personale super gentile e disponibile, abbiamo sfruttato gli ottimi consigli del signor Leo che parla benissimo l'italiano. È una struttura che consiglio e sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

From The English Couple Reading in the Pool! Fantastic place to stay, great apartment, lovely pool, very nice breakfast. Loved the little extras, like, sandwiches for the beach and being collected/dropped off on arrival/departure! Not far from the harbour, recommend, and would return in a heartbeat

Vacanza dal 12 al 23 giugno. Bellissima struttura, ottima cortesia e gentilezza che ti fanno sentire comodo come a casa. Il direttore Panos e tutti i ragazzi e ragazze dello staff si impegnano moltissimo per farti passare una bella vacanza. Organizzazione semplice ma molto efficiente. Colazione abbondante con dolce e salato, frutta fresca, yogurt greco fresco che ti puoi personalizzare a piacere, e torte greche e turche buonissime. Camere grandi con letto gigante, noi avevamo lo Studio n°4 con terrazzino privato. Pulite ogni giorno e cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni, i MIGLIORI asciugamani da bagno che abbia mai trovato in un hotel, perfino più morbidi di quelli di molti rinomati hotel in giro per il mondo. Wifi presente e forte in tutta la struttura. Grazie per la bella vacanza.

Villaggio piccolo ma molto accogliente sia come luogo che come personale che lo gestisce. A 700/800 MT a piedi dalla città di Skiathos, ideale per soggiornare lontano dal kaos e dala calura estiva, vicinissimo ai principali servizi: aeroporto (2.3 km), supermarket (300 MT) , frutta e verdura (100 MT), bar (350 MT). Trovate un italiano, Leo, che parla bene italiano, disponibile e si fa in quattro per gestire al meglio il residence. Anche i proprietari sono persone molto gentili e ti fanno sentire come a casa. Gli appartamenti sono puliti, ordinati e confortevoli, anche gli ambienti comuni sono molto gradevoli. Anche il noleggio auto o scouter viene offerto come servizio. Prezzi più che buoni, il posto ideale dove soggiornare e strategico sia per il mare che per la movida notturna.

The wonderful team at Holiday House were fantastic. They couldn't do enough to make me feel welcome and cared about. From clean towels daily, cleaning the room and the airport transfers. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Holiday House is just round the corner from bus stop No. 1 and an easy 10 minute stroll or two minute bus ride into town. Easy to get to the rest of the island on the beach side by bus es, which are incredibly regular and €2 a ride. Air con included. There's no entertainment at the hotel, but with town being a few minutes away, it wasn't a problem. Very peaceful while I was there. The only down side was the lack of a swimming pool but the hotel opposite has a pool bar that you can use. Thank you Team Holiday House for making me feel so welcome ☺️
