Josie and Paul are very nice friendly hosts, we arrived early and they let us park our car up while the room was being prepared. We stayed 2 nights in a ground floor room which was very clean and tidy with a tv, coffee stand and fresh towels, the bed was so comfortable and clean. also the guest house was quiet and well lit when you arrive back late at night .
A really nice area and it's only a short walk to all the attractions and seafront from the b&b. We didn't have breakfast but it did look amazing. We recommend this guest house 100%

Got there left case while room getting ready the couple who ran guest house very polite and helpful. Breakfast 10/10 plenty of choice. Room spotless and toilet and shower room. Will visit again

Worse place ever booked it then cancelled day later he told us that if he let the room we would get our money back meanwhile we had booked another b&b so decided to pay a visit to whiteways we got there to see sign saying no vacancies we knocked on the door to be greeted by bloke who said he had vacancies and the room we had booked was empty so why have sign saying you are full it doesn't make sense. Moral of story don't book here and then cancel well before your holiday cos you won't get ya money back which is totally wrong. If we had cancelled day before holiday no problem but it was weeks away . Reason we cancelled was because of breakfast my husband only has weetabix for breakfast and he wanted to charge us £7.50 for breakfast

Really enjoyed our stay here was very welcoming Paul and Josie was very friendly and went out there way to assist you had a lovely sleep beds was just right close to everything just a walk away from the sea front will definitely stay again made us feel welcome in there home thank for a wonderful stay

the hotel was very close to town and the hosts are ok but can get on ur nerves and can complain a lot and don't wanna talk just trying to end conversation wouldn't recommend it 120 for 3 nights with pounding music and arguing couples and WIFI that didn't work don't go here

I stayed here for 3 nights B&B excellent service. great Breakfast excellent Comfortable bed in quiet area but only a few minutes walk to sea front a fantastic hotel for families & couples I would highly recommend this place

Fabulous hotel, excellent breakfasts, food plentiful. We stayed in room 10 ground floor as my husband is an invalid. Nothing too much trouble for Josie and Paul. They provided my husband with shower chair, raised seat toilet chair and extra pillows to support him in bed.Josie always made sure a mobility scooter was available for Alan’s use if needed. They went more than the “extra mile” to ensure our stay was more than comfortable. We will definitely be returning in December. Both Josie and Paul are friendly, hospitable and excellent hosts. 11/10

Lovely little find in Skegness which was really handy for both the High Street and sea front. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a king sized bed also good sized en-suite too. There was another large shower room on the same floor as well. Hosts were friendly and helpful so couldn't really ask for more in a B&B.

I WILL START BY SAYING THE HOSTS WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE. THE BREAKFAST WAS DELIOUS, THEY EVEN DO FRIED BREAD WITH THE FULL BREAKFAST AND POACHED EGG WHICH ALOT OF B AND B DON'T. WE STAYED IN ROOM 12( GROUND FLOOR )WHICH HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. WILL DEFINITELY COME AGAIN NEXT YEAR.
