Wer entspannen möchte , findet hier ein kleines Paradies . Ausgefallene Häuser , sehr schön gestaltet und in die Natur integriert. Alle Fenster und Türen mit Insektenschutzgitter ausgestattet . Privatsphäre ist möglich und vor allem Ruhe . Das Hausmeisterehepaar sehr , sehr nett , hilfsbereit und diskret . Ausgefallene Pflegeprodukte . Alles inclusive Pool sehr sauber . Handtücher , Tücher für den Strand werden täglich ( auf Wunsch ) ausgetauscht . Es gibt Katzen , aber wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, diese auf keinen Fall ins Haus zu lassen . Die Küchenutensilien könnten noch besser bestückt werden . Leider ist die zu den Häusern führende Straße nicht ausgebaut und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand !

Das Etheres Projekt ist wirklich unglaublich schön und absolut empfehlenswert. Die Lage der Villen mit Blick auf Nikiti, das Meer und die bewaldete Umgebung ist einzigartig. Die Anfahrt ist etwas ruckelig, aber nach 2-3 Fahrten gewöhnt man sich daran undes ist dann OK. Die Villen sind so angelegt das man meiner Meinung nach genügend Privatsphäre hat. Die Ausstattung ist modern gemütlich und wir fühlten uns sofort super wohl. Die Angestellten sind immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn man einen Wunsch hat. Ganz tolle Menschen. Wer Katzen mag, kommt, wenn man denn will, auch auf seine Kosten 😉 Also vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für eine unvergessliche Zeit. Ich denke wir werden wieder kommen.

В Никити это отель N1! Великолепное расположение: на холме в отдалении от узких и шумных улиц центра , с изумительным видом на море и Никити. Современная двухэтажная вилла с изысканным современным дизайном, со своим бассейном и приватной зоной.Чисто, уютно, комфортно. А самое главное - это люди. Вас встречает радушная хозяйка Isabella. 24 часа в сутки с вами рядом работники отеля.Смена белья,уборка,чистка бассейна - все на прекрасном уровне. Отдельное спасибо Malik за помощь на протяжении всей недели. Случилась нештатная ситуация - сломалась машина - Malik помог во всем. Рекомендую всем этот отель!

Best place I have ever stayed at. The accommodation is pristine, clean and really modern. The location is really relaxing, tranquil and picturesque.
The host was really accommodating and helped out with any questions we had.
Would rebook a stay in the future again.

The place is nice, over the old village of Nikiti. You get a panorama view and have a small but nice pool. The rooms are nicely built, they have air conditioning and ventilator. The room has enough space but toilet could be a little cleaner. Same for the pool, there was a slight film of oil on the surface. The place is quite and there is some privacy for those who want it. But the road to reach it is not ready. There is only one way to the hotel and the gps navigation of the car shows you always different routes that dont really exist. There are few signs but mostly at the last part of the road. More signs and a proper road are needed, especially for a hotel of this price class.
