Arrived around 2AM really tired and the bloke on the desk sorted us out with some food and drink before we went to our room which was nice. Room was alright, nice and clean, decent bed and aircon that worked. The wife managed to block the toilet and they sorted it out straight away. We went half board, breakfast and evening meals were both really good with plenty of choice. The resturant staff were excellent. Had a few beers in the hotel bar which was also pretty good. However spent most of our drinking time in the Jolly Roger pub next door which I'd recommend. Would definately stay there again.

Hôtel sympathique, nous étions en demi-pension, déjeuners et dîners corrects, Sam au bar est très bien. Attention literie pas top pour notre chambre mais nous avons demandé un sur-matelas que nous avons eu. Le personnel est gentil. Ce n'est pas un grand complexe, ambiance familiale (en octobre), des spectacles en semaine. Superette et laverie en face de l'hôtel ainsi que location de voitures. Sissi est un petit village très joli avec beaucoup de restaurants et boutiques.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Castello Village Resort. We had a lovely room overlooking the restaurant and the swimming pool and towards the sea with a good sized balcony. These are the best beds we have slept on abroad for a very long time, extremely comfortable and very welcome as I have osteoarthritis. The room was light and airy with an aditional opening window and an excellent walk in shower. All staff were very welcoming and friendly and deserve the credit for all the hard work they do. Viola, our maid was so hard working and made us feel very welcome - she is a credit. Sissi is lovely but a better bus service would be helpful as we like to explore on local transport. There are lots of shops and a corner bakery that serves very good latte's. Overalll, a lovely relaxing holiday with excellent weather.

We enjoyed our visit. Our first room was unsuitable for our needs so we spoke to the staff and they were very helpful. We were then put in a new room that the bathroom was on the same level. The staff were very helpful we had no issues at all after our move. The breakfast was the best we have had in this level of hotel. Unfortunately we would not return due to all the steps and steep hill to lower pool. We would not be able to know the room available. I would go to the sister hotel across the road. Sissiis a lovely village and the restaurants have very good food.

Just returned from yet another wonderful holiday. Staying at the fab castello village and castello boutique suites. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed it .it was a truly unbelievable stay !!! We had visited this hotel in May and had a fabulous time so really wanted to go back ! . And what a welcome we received from these lovely people. Michalis, Tziko, Erlind, Agatha ,and Evi in the restaurant 😀 they had remembered us it was really fantastic. Loads of hugs all round. Dimitris who is the manager of all 3 hotels he is also a very caring, kind lovely man who goes the extra mile to please his guests. We were so spoilt with a fabulous upgrade to the suites, which were out of this world , beautiful!! with views to die for! The new part to the restaurant was lovely, good food with loads of verity for meat eaters and vegetarians . Everything is kept so clean with beds changed every third day and towels every day. Christina, Dusty and Yannis , plus the other ladies on reception sorry I can't remember you're names also delightful plus the other manager incharge of food and drinks. Sam in the evening on the bar 🍸 talk about entertaining 🤣 we had such a laugh! Sorry if us two golden girls woke you up...all in all another fabulous holiday thank you all so much , WARNING ⚠️ we will be back ❤️ xxxx

Lovely hotel. Really nice staff. We booked a sea view room and it was worth the extra. The rooms are clean and well serviced - the breakfast is lovely and varied. We were here for a week and it was perfect. Only downside is that it is a little tired around the pool area and the beaches nearby are not great. However beautiful beach at Potamos a short taxi ride away. Taxis a little pricy but car hire not too expensive so would recommend a car for a few days will save money on the €40 return taxi trip!

Très bon hôtel, j’étais un peu sceptique vu les commentaires.. Hôtel propres, chambre faite tout les jours, 3 repas exelent avec des plats traditionnel à chaque repas. Magnifique vu et personnel très agréable, en particulier à la restauration

Stayed in room 357, the room opened right onto the outside dining area with tables too close to the room, which was also next to a loud generator. The cleaning wasn't the best. Both pool areas small but not overly busy. It's best to go B&B as there are plenty of dining options on the harbour. The breakfast options were plentiful & nice. Staff were nice (as were the other hotel guests !)

Really disappointing experience. Booked a 'One Bedroom Suite Open Air Jacuzzi Sea View' based on the images on the website and received something very different. Online the rooms are bright and airy, my room was dark and overlooked by a walkway, so everyone passing looked in. Online the balcony looks to be open air with clear views of the sea, my terrace was dark and enclosed with very limited sea views. If not all jacuzzi rooms have open balconies with full sea views, this should be illustrated online so you can decide whether to book and take the risk or not. There are 2 pool areas. Once area smelt very strongly of the toilets and so could not be used. Staff are nice, but they couldn't move me until the afternoon of the 5th day and even then I wasn't getting the room shown online, the balcony would still be enclosed. I didn't stay after the first night and would suggest you don't stay at all.
