Abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare il rituale hawaiano che comprende percorso benessere CON SPA AD USO ESCLUSIVO e massaggio di coppia...che dire...semplicemente MERAVIGLIOSO!!! La location incantevole con vista mare, il percorso benessere molto rilassante e la ciliegina sulla torta è stato il massaggio 🤩 grazie alle sapienti mani di liliana e tonia, che ringraziamo, io e mio marito siamo tornati a casa con una sensazione di benessere mentale e fisica assoluta. Il resto del personale gentile e premuroso. TORNEREMO SICURAMENTE 🤩 CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Absolutely stunning suite in Syracusa! The hotel exudes luxury without boasting, and the views are incredible. Easy and safe street parking and easy to walk to Ortigia.

We stayed in one of the suites for 3 nts. I loved the view and it was spacious. The outdoor area had 3 chairs and a table and also a small hot tub. Upon checking in, the AC didn’t work. I went down to the desk and she reset something and got it working. 1:30am, woke up boiling. It went out again. Went down to the desk and dealt with that again and they got it working. 5am same thing. Terrible night sleep. They did fix it that day, so AC problem solved. Problem1: Third night we were there, we had a big thunderstorm and lots of wind. The one window in the bedroom opens inward and is hinged at the bottom. At 5am the wind was blowing so bad and the window was banging. We got up to look and saw the window had no lock or anyway to keep it shut from the wind and it kept blowing open. We pushed a chair in front and that helped somewhat, but it still rattled because the chair wasn’t that heavy. Problem2: There used to be a window above the bed. They put Sheetrock over it and left the window. With the storm there was tons of banging from the old window. Needless to say, another night’s sleep ruined.

Quando vuoi un paio d ore di totale relax , questo è il posto ideale , siamo stati accolti da LILIANA super gentile , che ci ha illustrato e spiegato con molta simpatia un po’ il tutto , e dopo sempre LILIANA ci ha fatto un super maggio rilassante , che dire sicuramente torneremo e lo consiglieremo ad altri ! A presto e grazie sicuramente ricorderemo il nostro 10 anniversario di matrimonio ☺️

Siamo stati in questa struttura per la prima volta, ottima accoglienza, la vista spettacolare,Liliana e Tonia ci hanno coccolato e ci hanno messo subito a nostro agio. Ci siamo trovati bene, sicuramente proveremo altri trattamenti. Ottima esperienza .
