I booked a standard room for 1 night and it was a really terrible experience. Actually, I read all the comments about this hotel (good and bad) and I don't feel like it was that bad at that time. Until I stayed for a night, I realized that all the comments are real.
--Poor staff service:
1) The frontdesk staff (Male) doesn't know how to work on the check in process. I asked him it is ok if i do the check in here, he said yes. Clearly, he knows nothing. Just don't assign him to do that task, if he is not capable of.
2) Poor handwriting. Misleading . Not willing to help customers attitudes. I asked what's the number on the card. It's written like 'H101', actually is '4101'. I asked that staff and she replied with terrible attitude and laughed at me 'is it hard to understand?' with sarcasm.
Cleanliness:
1) I changed the room twice. Not clean at all, with the fast food packages in the room.
Suggestion:
1) Please provide some proper training to the staff about their attitudes towards customers and understanding about their tasks.
