Very close to metro station and city center, so it's super convenient. The historic decor of the building is quite an experience.

The location of this place is the hotel's best offering. It is a 5 mins walk from Brussels Noord Station. The shopping belt @ Rogiers is @ next street. As for the room, it is also shared by other reviewers on its aged furniture. However, it is clean and pleasant enough to stay in. I also noted that the hotel took efforts to address some feedback, e.g. adding lights and power points. You need to follow the signs and check in at the adjacent hotel as this hotel closed its entrance and counter. Given the price we paid per night, it is good value for money. Ok to stay during cooler months as there is no air conditioning.

We waited 1h30 for a decision from the hotel manager (05/19 in the evening) which could have been taken in 20 minutes Thanks to the Trop.Com customer service that I had (line in English available 24/24) the situation was resolved (thanks to my interlocutor that very efficient evening). I advanced the charges for another bedroom suite as discussed with trip.com. This amount was refunded to me within 24 hours by the trip financial department after sending the payment receipts (very fast refund, thank you). Thank you to my interlocutor Christ.... for his efficiency in solving the problem via his customer service. I strongly recommend this site to those who do not know it. I recommend the hotel, the staff is at your disposal. The hotel is located next to the metro a few minutes from the train station and the bus station. The restaurant is very luxurious and this is within your price. At the room level, it is very clean and there is no noise when you sleep. A little negative point on the Roomservice which offers only 3 types of dishes. But despite this I recommend the hotel for people looking for a luxurious hotel at a reasonable price.

My recent stay at Hotel Indigo Brussels was a pleasant blend of charm and hospitality.  The hotel's location is impeccable. It’s perfect for anyone looking to explore the city without the hassle of long commutes. However, despite the overall positive experience, I encountered an issue with cleanliness that needs addressing. I found hair and stains on the bed linen, which was quite disappointing. It was clearly not up to the usual standards you would expect from a reputable hotel. Overall, while the hospitality and convenience were commendable, I believe there needs to be more attention to housekeeping to enhance the overall guest experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future stays.

It’s situated on a bit of an uphill so keep that in mind if you are carrying a heavy luggage. My body and face had a bit of a rashes using the pillows but it cleared up after a couple hours after I woke up. Pretty spacious for a family room as I booked for myself, my husband and my parents. They have a strict room cleaning timing as we told the lady that we will still need some time and to come back later but she never did. Would book here again if I am not sensitive to the pillows and the stay was memorable.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City and was very pleased with the experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, finding public car parking was a breeze, as there's a multi-story car park directly opposite the hotel. The room we chose was impressively spacious, providing ample comfort for our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, easy parking, and generous room size, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Brussels.

The hotel is easy to find, it's on a higher floor, the hotel is warmly decorated, the family room is great, the view is good, the bathroom is spacious, the shower water pressure is strong and the temperature is stable. The room is not included in the booking, you have to order breakfast yourself, there are breakfast sets priced at 10-19 euros, the taste is good. It's a 15-minute walk from the square, you can pass the comic museum and the cathedral, but the bridge hole you pass by has a urine smell, which is not good. It's a 5-minute walk from Brussels North Station, which is still convenient. The only drawback is that the towels are very bad. When I dried my hair, I wiped a towel crumb, it should be changed.

The decoration is very characteristic and full of Belgian modern design. The overall facilities are excellent, the environment is first-class, and the service is excellent. If you say the disadvantage, it is too far from ubahn, you can't get out of the door without taking a taxi.

The location is debatable. Very close to the tram and Train Station. But as a neighborhood, it is a bad, scary and unsafe neighborhood. The neighborhood where Noord Station is located is just awful, but it can be nice if you get over the trauma and return to the hotel before late at night. The remaining opportunities in the hotel's ga*** were ideal and the night could be spent comfortably.
