As instalações são novas e confortáveis, a localização do hotel é central, com bares e restaurantes próximos. O estacionamento é de fácil acesso ao hotel e o café da manhã é agradável. Ponto positivo para a máquina de café que oferece um ótimo cappuccino.

Lamentavelmente foi uma experiência frustrada. Efetuei a reserva ao qual não possuem a informação de que não aceitam pets e ainda assim no ato da reserva informei que levaria uma PET ao qual é para fins terapêuticos (possuo atestado), nao obtive retorno referente a PET, segui com a viagem. Chegando no hotel, não aceitaram a PET. Efetuaram a cobrança de um serviço que se negaram a prestar. Frustrante!

Críticas construtiva
Minha estadia no que se refere a recepção, ao café da manhã foram boas, até pode-se dizer ótimas.
Tenho uma observação a fazer quanto ao tipo de colchão, desconfortável, a densidade não está adequada.
Outra coisa é sobre a limpeza dos banheiros (Sinop e Lucas de Rio verde), lodo nos azulejos e nos pisos (cantos) é nojento.
