Did an overnight stay in a room at the garden level. The hotel was basically new, hence there was nothing to comment about the room amenities, facilities and quality. The garden room had access to open garden at the balcony. It was kinda nice but also lacking privacy. Anyone with access to the garden could literally looked into the room if the curtains were not drawn. It doesn’t help that the hotel only had night curtain. A day curtain could help to provide some privacy while maintaining some sunlight in. I also like about the room having multiple usb ports for charging of devices. They also had a wireless charger by the bed side which was kinda cool and keeping up with the IT trend. There was electric kettle still available in the room, but also ice water available and the machine along the common corridor. Carpark wasn’t free as they were not the owner of the entire building. An overnight stay was about S$50, that’s like 20% of the room cost. Offering some Carpark rebates or coupon could help defer the cost. As for surrounding facilities, there wasn’t much if you were a tourist. The area was surrounded by tech industries, the train station was about 5-7 mins stroll. There’s a nice Starbucks beside the hotel though.

The front desk clerk is really nice and easy to talk to. I stayed there from June 16 to June 19. My room is originally just a regular room but they upgraded it to a deluxe room with a window view, large bed and restroom, since the room im orginally booked was going to have a renovation. Thank you for the smooth transfer. Im recommending this to hotel!:)
ibis budget Singapore West Coast's idyllic setting is great for those seeking accommodation close to nature. There's plenty of open spaces just a stone throw away in West Coast Park, a great green sanctuary. The best hidden gem in the park is the Marsh Gardens that leads to a small lake and jetty, which is great for terrapin spotting and other wildlife. The park also hosts a spacious Adventure Playground ideal for kids or kids at heart.

We were prepared for a very mediocre room initially, given our history with ibis budget hotels in other countries previously. However, we were delighted with a well maintained corner room on level 4 with a window, giving us the privacy we needed. Aside from rather thin walls (we could hear our neighbours talking at night, and when they used their hair dryer), the daily housekeeping was exceptional and the staff were friendly. It helps that there were two bus stops right outside the hotel too, making accessing the rest of the city easy.

The room is spacious, but the furniture is old, although very well maintained. The bathroom features a bathtub which is quite inadequate to use the shower safely. Breakfast is reasonable for Western options, however, the coffee machine is excellent. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the MRT and about 15 minutes from China City and Clark Quay.

The location is good, I think this hotel is mainly for travellers who just want to find a place to stay but mainly spends most of the time outdoors. My main complaint is the aircon, even after you turn off the aircon the wind is still flowing. The reception said the aircon is centralised, so I requested for extra thick blankets but even so it’s still very cold. I don’t mind the small room size, it comes with standard toothbrush/toothpaste, soap (assuming 2in one), hairdryer.

I love how the hotel building is integrated with greeneries.
Upon checking in, initially they gave us a wrong room. Called the concierge and they were able to send someone up with the new keys to the room!
Shortly after checking in, the concierge called us to check in on us if everything is perfect, they also wished me on my anniversary and sent up a written card, a slice of cake and a box of chocolate!
A few hours later we also called for extra pillows and toiletries, they were able to send it up quickly.
The next morning we had buffet breakfast downstairs at the Lime restaurant. The spread was wide and we were spoilt for choices.
Overall we had a really comfortable stay and the service is top notch! Everything is so well thought out. So if you’re thinking to book this hotel, think no more, just do it. You will not be disappointed :D

A last minute decision for a 1 night staycation for 2 adults & 2 kids.
Location: About 10-15mins walk away from Bugis MRT station. Lots of eateries and restaurants near by, very near to Haji lane for some unique shopping buys. Near Kampong Glam to enjoy the vibes.
Hotel: 2 Small building, one main building with lobby and swimming pool of the 5th level, there is a small lift to bring you up. Another building with only rooms, no lift, and we stay on the 2nd level. There is a small swimming pool, but it was crowded, so we did not go swimming.
Room: Room is big and spacious, the kids can really run while in the room. The bunk bed with the slide are their favourite. The bunk bed is big, could sleep 2 kids on 1 bed. The room also comes with a big bathtub. Cleanliness for the toilet and beds are good but the floor is a little dirty, with some hair strands around. There is capsule coffee and tea, as well as 4 bottles of water in the room. Basic amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, shampoo and shower gel provided. They even includes bath salts if you want to soak in the bathtub. This is really a plus for us.
Overall, an enjoyable stay, price is a little high and no breakfast included, but the kids love it, so no complains.

Overall Satisfactory
We staying in this hotel for 3 nights

i booked an urban suite to celebrate my fiancé's birthday, and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves to the max. the hotel system was down when we were checking in, but our front desk staff, Rosy, explained the situation to us, gave us a beverages voucher to enjoy a drink each while we waited for our key cards at the lounge, and even personally came over to hand us the cards once the room was ready.
shortly after we checked in, a staff member from the collection club lounge dropped by the room and gave my fiancé a mini cake, a box of chocolates, and a birthday card.
we went to the collection club lounge for evening cocktails and were surprised with a bread pudding platter with a lighted candle to celebrate my fiancé's birthday and managed to catch the ndp rehearsal's fireworks show.
overall, the interactions we had with the staff members were exceptional, and we felt very welcomed and taken care of, everywhere we went.
the urban suite room was very clean and spacious, and we had a wonderful view of the cbd area.
having stayed in many hotels in singapore, this is by far the best room and experience ive had.

LLMOOLMLove everything about the room! Except we got a connecting room and soundproofing from the door was bad. Like that the bed faces the window so we could enjoy the view right from the comfort of the bed. Sofa is comfortable. Also love the bathroom!
Gold lounge: good service. Excellent view. Strict with dress code. Evening canapes is average. Drinks, especially cocktails can be better. Breakfast was great! Lesser selection than Prego but it has the popular food which I happened to take when I went Prego. Much lesser crowd than Prego
Prego breakfast: good. Do go before 8am for lesser crowd
BBearyHKFirst time trying their club room. Was given a corner room with extra space despite last min booking. There is a special check in counter for club room at level 21 and private pool for club room and above. There is a schedule for the wellness activities provided by the hotel and u need to scan their QR code to make reservation. There is complimentary mini bar however I noticed there is no bath amenities for the bathtub like bath salt and the scrub etc. not sure if all this should be included inside or not? The club lounge (indoor and outdoor) was quite a nice place to chill and staff were quite flexible. The spread for evening cocktails and canapés were quite decent. We need to order the drinks via the staff and they will indicate on a piece of paper. Which I think is kinda wasting the paper. They took out new food even when it’s already 7plus. Breakfast food was decent also. Overall a nice experience trying their club room. Will go back when the price is right :)
AAnonymous UserThis is my 2nd stay here, for my birthday this year! Always loved how the location is convenient and it has everything I need for a simple but satisfying stay. Everything was great, I got upgraded to the 24th Floor 🥹🥹! Only slight downside was that the door had to be pushed really, REALLY hard to close / open it (it won't close properly). Not a huge nuisance but I do have to use my whole body weight to close the door lol. And there were dust bunnies in the gaps where the door lock (the black latch) is. I had to wipe that down myself. Besides these, the stay was comfy and great! Thank you once again! :)
CCheeyingWe have always enjoy returning to the hotel for our wedding anniversary as we love the environment and the resort vibes of it, this was also where we held our wedding previously. Not sure if it’s because we have previously received great service from them which made us keep returning for a quick respite from the city. To our dismay, this check in experience was the worst we had to date. The check in staff looked over worked and understaff. The atmosphere at the check in counter seems rather depressed and barely welcoming.
John, the staff who checked us in did the bare minimal to take down our details and gave us the room card, without telling us which wing to head to for our hotel room. Had to check with him if the check in was done after he passed us the card. Didn’t inform us about the hotel amenities, wifi details, etc. While we had to find out from him which wing our room was located at, he told us it’s at tranquility wing, but we went one round to realise our room was at Peace Wing. We were sweating by the time we got into our room in the sweltering heat.
There was no turn down service. When we requested for additional pillows via the phone, the staff informed us to do so through the app. We followed their instructions to submit the request only to see that the request had been closed on the app but no pillows have been received. We had to make a call to the concierge to check in with the status of our requests, we received part of our requests as their app does not reflect their pillow inventory…
GGuest UserThe service was great, we enjoyed our breakfast at the sanctuary cafe for the 2 mornings we were at the hotel. Waitress MJ and the floor manager (an Indian gentleman whose name I didn’t catch) were extremely professional and welcoming and we think the best part of our hotel stay. The spread was decent, and there were slight differences in what was available for the buffet on the two mornings we visited.
Hotel wise staff were friendly, lifts were easily available no long wait times. Close to imbiah station and a short walk to the beach area.
The room was clean, the Aircon was powerful, and the complimentary mini bar with coke sprite and bottled water, as well as kitkat and Oreo’s were a pleasant surprise. The room was also very spacious with a huge bath room. The carpet was very clean that sometimes we forgot to wear our room slippers. 5/5 for the cleaning crew!
Things that could do better was that the Facilities and room were really worn out the laminate was peeling, and there was no where for us to hang up our wet swim wear and towels. Considering that the hotel promotes eco practices like reusing our towels, it would be nice to have more than the two hooks to hang up wet fabrics to dry. A quick fix would be to install a simple laundry line over the tub..just our suggestion.
What bothered us the most was the noise. while the bed was very firm and comfortable and we enjoyed the clean room….the sound insulation ensured that we did not get any sleep in the two nights we were there. We could hear the neighbor’s conversation (imagine a women’s voice laughing beside you in the middle of the night), slamming doors, and water rattling through the pipes every time someone took a shower or flushed the toilet. I could even hear stuff drop on the floor as if it’s in our room . Also the sink faucet turned on by itself to the surprise of my son who happened to be sitting on the toilet. Interesting , tho we think it’s just the poor plumbing rather than something supernatural 😂.
generally it was a pleasant stay if not for the noise.
AAnonymous UserStaff was helpful, saw that the check in queue was long hence proceeded to help with self check in & tried their best to accommodate to our request! the stay was pleasant and smooth :)
AALAN DAMIENIt's a nice and comfortable place for me to get away from my family and have some fun and relaxing time with me, myself and I. It location is also very nice and very good if you want be in the city and see the world go by. I have already stay at the little hotel with such a majestic name. And I will be making my return to this fine establishment every end of month. I would recommend this hotel and i like to take this opportunity to give credit the hotel staff for all the wonderful services they have given to their guests from near and far.
