"Booked for 2 adults and 1 child. The room was quite spacious with two 1-meter beds. The front desk staff, who I think was an Indian gentleman, asked if it was our first time in Singapore and what we thought of it. I told him it was our first time and we found it very clean and tidy, but I couldn't express more in English. Seeing that our child was tall, the gentleman kindly offered us an extra bed for free, saying it would help the mother rest well at night. Our whole family was very grateful for his thoughtful gesture. Although our child ultimately chose to share a bed with mom, not needing the extra bed, we still appreciate the gentleman's kindness. It showed us the humane side of this city, and we look forward to visiting Singapore again next time we have the chance."

"This hotel service is super bad and spoils my birthday day mood. While I booked the room I specifically requested I want a queen bed during February, when April near to the date I remind them again, but they reject my request and while I called to their reception counter, their counter replied in rude way and mentioned I booked from third party, so will not give me the queen bed. Hello??Nowadays, who will book a hotel at the hotel's own website, I paid the full amount, I booked from trip.vom means I am not their customer? They said it will help me join the two single beds together , but it is not comfortable at all! Plus ,their staff never help join before I entre the room, they come in after I called The room is old, rusty, even sink is stuck the water. Super disappointed and spoiled my good mood ,never come again I Only satisfied their swimming pool design."

They don't provide bottled water, but there's a direct drinking water tap in the room, so you'll need to bring your own bottle. The location is super convenient and it's great value for money."
