I made a reservation for 2 of my friends, my first friend came to check in after 8 o'clock because I just left the house for a vacation, when I arrived at the hotel, this ******* staff said that my booking had been cancelled by the centre, I don't understand what is meant by the centre ?? My friend was kicked out of the hotel on the grounds that the room was full and was welcome to find another hotel.
