The room was full of cockroaches. The store refused to admit it even though there were photos. I have already complained.

Great location hotel and decent price.
Could have been better in terms of cleanliness and look.
The photos look great but when we reach we found the place average.
Also the staff could not allow for extension in booking plan. They wanted us to book online again which was a trouble.
Suggest the hotel to have option by themselves to extend or reduce the stay if the customer wants and if the rooms are available.
Plus complimentary breakfast should have been included.

Avoid if you can.
For my next trip to Singapore, I booked a capsule hostel rather than returning to this s***h*le. The rooms are extremely narrow for a standard room, bathroom is narrow and wonky as if this hotel was built a century ago and someone brushed the dust off to start a hotel. The evening staff is pretty rude for asking simple questions. For this price, I would expect a 2 star hotel well kept.

It was dirty and messy. There was a gas explosion nearby. There was a strong sour smell at the entrance of the hotel.
