I recently stayed at this hotel and while the view from my room was beautiful, I was quite disappointed with the service, particularly at the executive lounge. The breakfast selection was very limited, and no staff approached to ask if I wanted any drinks, which felt unusual for a lounge of this level. Afternoon tea was similarly underwhelming; the snacks were dry, and the variety of food was minimal. Given the price I paid, I expected much better service and quality, especially in the lounge. This experience didn’t quite match the hotel’s reputation or cost, which was disappointing.

Participating in the One Love Aasia Music Festival, I chose JW nearby, which is 8-10 minutes walk from Padang. The hotel service is very good, the breakfast is self-service, and it is right next to the beach road. The choice is very rich, which can fully satisfy the Chinese stomach. The room area is a bit large, and there are many mirrors, which is not a problem for users who don't mind. The swimming pool is on the 18th floor of the fitness, with a good view of Singapore's beautiful scenery, but it is super small. I am a pity for those who like swimming. The service is very good, professional, warm and thoughtful, but not excessive. There are not many Chinese-speaking waiters. It will be more efficient if you can communicate in English~

Best hotel in the city centre. Marriott always does extra miles. We are given a new room as the previous one is pretty noisy due to its proximity with the restaurant. The customer service team are excellent (Ms. Visakh) and the guest relation team (Ms. Mary Gloriani) for the birthday decorations for my daughter.
Breakfast is always the best. I believe the best in Singapore in terms of quality and variety.
