Amazing stay at this hotel, the best thing was the location as it was next to the metro and many shops and supermarkets nearby and the kindness of the girls especially Lily who we had a problem with the digital key and she gave us a physical key, they also had the room ready ahead of time. The not so good thing is the size of the room which is a bit small for many days and the stairs to access it which are quite a lot to carry heavy suitcases. In any case, I recommend this accommodation a 10! Thanks for everything girls.

The location is great, literality outside of MRT. But there is no lift so that we had to carry all of our luggages to third floor. Maica, Mary, Lily were helpful and responsive 👍

This hotel uses a digital concierge. You check in and check out online. You’re assigned a digital key after checking in. But Maica, Mary and Lily went the extra mile to create a WhatsApp group and attended to any queries or information I need. Constantly reminding me and checking on me to see if everything is ok. Kudos girls!!

It was a wonderful place to stay. Clean and tidy and easy to access to mrt and varieties of foods around.
Also, thanks to have Lily, Mary & Maica who is explained everything clearly and being friendly to us.

A pleasant stay and everything is perfect:)
Service is 5 stars as the staffs (Lily and Mary) who serve us very friendly and helpful. Swift response to our request and easy to communicate without hassle.
Room is sparkling clean and spacious enough for 2.
Definitely will choose this place again.
