Stayed here with my two kids for one night while visiting family. The location was very convenient to dining options. Front desk staff was very friendly. The pool was closed for “chemical treatment” though which was disappointing since the indoor pool was the main reason we chose this hotel over another. Ice machine was also broken. The room was clean and comfortable, but upon closer inspection needed some additional things really well cleaned. The time on the alarm clock was wrong but I didn’t want to touch the clock to fix it because there was an unidentifiable brown substance in all the cracks and crevices and on the buttons. Also, the vent in the bathroom was covered in thick dust and the bedroom curtains had mold and mildew on them—unfortunate as my only allergies are to dust mites and mold. If we hadn't arrived so late I would’ve asked for a different room. Overall, it wasn’t the nicest place but it was fine for the price and about on par for what I expected.

Hotel desk clerk came across as mean spirited and unable to accommodate anything.the pool water so cold, my son could not use the pool, they made my son so very disappointed., very sad seeing this., later they admitted the heater was broken for a week.

Very nice for the price. I was very happy. Very good breakfast area. Pillowtop mattress with the softest pillows ever! Very nice staff. Short business trip for training. Lovely weather. The smoke detector in my room had been disassembled bit everything else was great.

This hotel does not live up to the Choice hotel brand and especially the Comfort Inn Brand. I wish I had read the reviews closer. I would not have stayed. The hall was filthy. The bathroom was filthy. There was mold on the walls of the tub. The baseboard edge was black filthy. The tub did not drain at all due to the stopper not working. It wasn't clogged. The refrigerator made a noise every 3-5 minutes the entire stay. The bed was comfortable. When I checked out there was no one at the desk to tell about my stay. I did tell housekeeping, BUT I'm sure they won't report it because it would be telling on themselves. I don't recommend and I would never stay there again.

On way to Florida, stopped in Greenville to have dinner with family. Arrived at Comfort Suites around 8:30 pm and found the place clean and comfortable. Nice room and soft bed. Clean bathroom with good towels, etc. Great hot breakfast in am with eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. All staff were helpful and pleasant. Enjoyed our stay.

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Black mold, stained walls, dirty carpet, ice machine doesnt work, elevator doesnt work, peeling wallpaper, broken wall lights with sharp glass and exposed wires. Not worth even $49 a night. Total ripoff

Clean, quiet, comfortable, great price, convenient to where we needed to be, good breakfast, and very helpful staff. We would have given it a 5, except for the fact that the pool was "closed for maintenance"the 4 days we were there. No one seemed to know why and did not see anyone working to open it. Very disappointing, especially with the heat wave when we visited. Would have liked to cool off there. Our advice is check to see if pool open before you stay there!

Food was really good nothing like just muffins and oatmeal a variety of other things and customer service is very good Marjone service was particularly 👍🏼 Recommend for somewhere to go if you don’t want to spend much on a hotel

This place needs some attention. My guess is that proper maintenance was likely skirted during Covid. The carpets in the halls and room are all stained, the furniture old and not comfortable at all. That being said the staff are fine, breakfast is OK and the price is good.
