SpringHill Suites Franklin Mint

Great service and nice hotel. The staff was super attentive and wanted to please. The pool area was great for our kids and for us to relax after a long drive. The rooms were a really nice size and well appointed.

This is a brand new hotel. When we pulled up and saw it was next to a ****** we thought uh-oh it’s going to be loud and busy. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff were great upon checkin and the room they gave us overlooked the Kentucky Downs racetrack. As Bonvoy members and point collectors this was a free night for us and well deserved. The only downfall was that there were not any horses training around the track during our stay. No fault of the total though. LOL. The breakfast in the morning was awesome as well with lots of variety. This was a perfect property to stay at following our visit to the nearby Corvette Museum. Definitely highly recommended

Brand new hotel!! Beside a ****** and not much else. Great for just traveling through. Excellent pool and patio facilities. However those are right outside the first floor windows…. Love the bathroom set up! Extremely clean. Beds were comfortable and clean! Enjoyed our stay! Recommended to others already.

Stayed at the newly opened (2 weeks old) SpringHill Suites Franklin Mint in Franklin, KY. Check-in was easy and quick and Angel was exceptional in all aspects of the check-in process…made me feel very welcome and went the extra mile getting me checked in early. My “big three” were met during this stay. Hot water/water pressure very good, bed comfort very good, and solid Wi-Fi. The room is well appointed and you could enjoy an extended stay here comfortably. The breakfast was large and fresh with a number of hot and cold items available along with Half & Half for coffee. My only “concern” was the large space under every door…found it a bit unusual (all the doors were this way) and I could slide most of my foot under the door. The only downside to this was hallway noise and light when you turn off the room lights for sleep. Overall a really nice property, Angel is awesome, and I would stay here again!!!

Stopped here overnight on our way back to Michigan from Florida. Brand new hotel which is right next to Mint ******. Very nicely done lobby which has a bar open till 10pm. The parking lot is spacious and Well lit. The rooms are all suites with well sized bathrooms. Good water pressure and very well lit bathroom. Beds were comfortable. I was a little concerned with noise (sounded like we were on a auto racetrack) when we first got there but by 11pm it quieted down. The breakfast is the usual coffee, juice, cereal, English muffin, bagel, oatmeal and waffles. They also had a couple types of muffin breakfast sandwiches available. This is a great new hotel.

Very clean! Modern decor. Wonderful and helpful staff! Good breakfast and great outdoor setting with view of horse track. Don’t recommend for family stay (under 21) - connected to a ******, no nearby food, and form viewing bathroom door. Overall great stay!

Simply put, it's new and clean. The public spaces, room, and grounds were very clean, and the staff is very courteous. Breakfast was also very good and there is a hotel bar in the evenings. We just stayed overnight on our road trip, but if you are a gambler, there's ab attached ******, and in August, there is a track just behind the hotel. You can sit on the patio and watch the ponies run. Would we stay again? Yes, but not as a destination.
