Hotel is good, behaviour of the staff is also good. But at night due to traffic and no entry on the city way, it is a little difficult to reach the hotel directly from new jalpaiguri railway station. A few taxi drivers were reluctant to go to the hotel. The taxi we hired demanded high fare. He took us ***** the by-pass road. Thus, a distance of 5 kms had to be travel-led about 15 kms which took nearly an hour.

Propery location is near the market area. Transports are easily available. Good room service, staffs behavior is very good, 24 hours generator service in case power cut. Rooms are quite clean. Bathroom and toiletary should be little bit more better

Their service and staff behaviour is very good. They arrange everything as we requested. They have lifting facilities and this helps use to carry our luggages. They also helps to carry our luggages to our room.

The hotel is near the chicken market, the area is fully smelly and the hotel staff is good. One more things the bedsheet looks like a used one. After my request they changed the bedsheet.

The staff was very bad. How can there can't be a privacy at all, some off our family has called and asked our whereabouts they have taken money and given information about us. Very bad never experienced such things. Please take action

Good hotel to stay as the room was hygienic and breakfast provided was healthy and tasty. Nice experience.
