Endroit magnifique
L'endroit est magnifique! Les maisons très belles et spacieuses! Le personnel sympathique.
Le niveau de la cuisine est insuffisant par rapport au standing affiché de l'hôtel à part le restaurant Portobello qui est bien!
Manque de linges à la piscine et à la plage. Transats et mobiliers de terrasse et plage pourrait être mieux entretenu et plus régulièrement nettoyé.

Great stay
Excellent stay. Resort is kept very tidy and is well-maintained and the staff are very friendly. Everything is very expensive, from the ferry to cross to Silhouette, food and drink but this in part is because almost everything has to be imported.

Amazing!
Amazing hotel on a secluded island. Beautiful beaches, beachfront villa is very much worth it. Would go back for every holiday!

Der Urlaub auf Silhouette Island war einfach ein Traum. Silhouette Island mit ihrer vielfältigen Vegetation und Tierwelt ist schon der absolute Hammer. Schon der Ausblick von der Terrasse unseres Bungalows war mit nichts zu toppen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, fast schon wie eine Familie. Der Zimmerservice war sehr bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir haben abends stets im Buffet-Restaurant gegessen, da das Essen sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker war. Die Sauberkeit in der Hotelanlage war hervorragend, im Zimmer leider nicht immer. Leider gebe es aber auch ein paar Punkte, die uns nicht so gefallen haben. Laut TUI ist im Hotel eine deutschsprachige Gästebetreuung zugesagt, was nicht stimmte. Es sind aber mehr als 50% der Gäste deutschsprachig, was dem Hotel anscheinend nicht wichtig ist. Trotz dreimaligem Wunsch auf weichere Matratzen, konnte dieser nicht erfüllt werden. Die Matratzen haben die Liegequalität einer Zimmertüre – das ist nicht mit Hilton 5-Sterne zu vereinbaren. Der Liegekomfort in diesem Hotel war der bisher schlechteste überhaupt! Leider war die Abreise eine Zumutung und hat mit Airtours Qualität nicht mehr zu tun. Aufstehen um 6:00 Uhr, Frühstück um 7:00 Uhr, Treffpunkt Rezeption 8:00 Uhr. Das Schiff legte um 8:30 Uhr von Silhouette nach Mahe ab. Wir sind also um 6:00 Uhr aufgestanden um einen Flug 12 Stunden später (18:00 Uhr) zu bekommen. Wir haben blauäugig eine 6-stündige Rundtour über Mahe (die sehr schön und abwechslungsreich war) gebucht, die uns aber am Ende einiges abverlangte. Insgesamt waren wir bis zur Ankunft in München 28 Stunden unterwegs! Dann noch mit dam Auto zurück nach Neumarkt = 30 Stunden - echt hart!!!

We spent four nights here as part of our honeymoon and everything was perfect! The island is beautiful and the resort is also beautifully finished. We loved opening the doors of the villa straight onto the beach. It was peaceful and relaxing but we also enjoyed some of the short self-guided hikes and some brilliant diving. The staff were very kind and helpful without being intrusive. A special thanks for Gaurav for his attention and care with our room. We loved our stay!

We were little tired when we reach our destination but the warm welcome and the way took care of us in our 5 nights vist was more than excellent.We are strictly vegeterians so they took special care for our food requirements.Definetly a Place to stay.

Luxurious paradise. Staff is super friendly and service-oriented. The resort itself is luxurious. I never had the feeling that it was crowded or busy, although it appeared to be (almost) fully booked. Food is also great, and plenty of choices. We will definitely return!
