Very satisfied with the stay. A piece of fresh fruit was given as soon as I checked in. The elevator was safe and secure. The linens were clean and hygienic, and the hardness and softness were moderate. I had a good sleep. The front desk lady also thoughtfully left a simple breakfast for me and sent it to the room. Although the location is a bit far in the mountains, it is very convenient to order food and call a taxi with the mobile app, so I didn't feel it was a hassle. I will stay here again next time if I need it.

West Lake Resort in Sihanoukville
With an independent beach and swimming pool, it is a five-star hotel suitable for vacation
The environment is comfortable, clean and tidy, and it is also very high-end. There are many types of rooms
I used Trip to book a room online today. The view outside the window is facing the unfinished building. The view may not be ideal, but everything else is acceptable.
In addition, I just checked in today, and the next time I go out, I will be checked out of the room when I come back. It really makes the guests feel bad. This kind of mistake needs to be reviewed.

I traveled with my family and decided to stay at Munich hotel last minute. I booked two rooms and requested to have the rooms close to each other. The staff was promptly helped to arrange the rooms as requested. Once asked for baby coat for my two months old daughter, the staff was quickly provided to us with no delay. Extra bed was added with additional cost and breakfast included once paid for extra bed. The room is clean and situated in good location. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very well located: in front of Sokha beach, almost private beach and with large stretch of sand, as well as about 10-minute walk from the Prince shopping mall. The staff is very nice and friendly. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to market and Otres according to the timetable schedule. Western menu is also available in the hotel restaurants. But, some items should be improved: 1) Lightning: bedroom and bathroom with low lightning, especially in the shower area; 2) As a beach resort, activities and games should be offered, such as ping pong, volleyball, etc; 3) Include hot chocolate in the breakfast without extra charge.
I highly recommend the hotel and would stay again.

I don't recommend staying here. It's no longer prosperous like the old days of fraud. There's a ** downstairs, a breakfast shop at the door, a tea egg costs 2.5 dollars, passing vehicles are noisy, and the room facilities are average...

VViktoriiaweiki absolutely love this place.
Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious.
Staff was so friendly and helpful.
It was really the best choice for such price.
Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there.
Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it:
1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry.
2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton
Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way.
The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢
So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!
MM-B4il3yYou&Me resort was beautiful, absolutely breathtaking. The beachfront location and the pool overlooking the sea was 5*. The service was excellent throughout our stay and we loved that the hotel offered a happy hour to their guests. The food to order was also good although I’d say the portions were slightly on the smaller side for the price you pay. They arranged a taxi service to the Koh Touch beach for $10pp (one way) which is quite expensive but given the remoteness and lack of roads / motor vehicles it is understandable. Warning - the road to reach the hotel is extremely bumpy!
Bottles of water, fresh towels and cleaning were provided in the rooms daily, which we thought was great. Breakfast buffet is also included as standard with the bungalow.
I would say this would be 5/5 stars but just a couple of things were missing during our stay that knocks it down ever so slightly.
We thought the Garden Bungalow we booked would come with a fridge, as it said online when we made the booking, and in the booklet in the room, however when we got there, there wasn’t one in the room. Also we had no WiFi reach in our room and little service, meaning we could only use our phone for internet nearer or at the reception. The WiFi was stronger by the pool and on the beach surprisingly. Maybe because we were the bungalow furthest away I’m not sure. :)
Regardless, it was an excellent stay and I would strongly recommend you book here when visiting Koh Rong.
GGuest UserA serene setting adorned our seaside villa & balcony atop, sea water lapping beneath. Villa 126 with vogue decor & a wraparound view to match was as perfect as the abundant sea life that exists below with crabs scurrying about doing their business a the sight of magnificent tropical fish of many colours including a school of Angelfish & an array of ever colourful coral spanned Pearl Resorts entire coastal boardwalk.
Sheer delight! The highlight being the view beneath the waters surface in a CLEAR KAYAK at 6:30am the silent serene glass like sea water enabled a mesmerising view; an array of intricate coloured corals with hundreds of fish weaving through its channels, unbelievable in our now ever changing climate BUT it was real! Can't fault this resort from the time we arrived to its end the facilities and activities & to the hospitality staff incl. the managers to the service staff were all outstanding & waterside beauty & body treatments with Jenny it’s well & truely beyond a 5 star resort. Exquisite food of perfect presentation & perfectly cooked seafood al dente’ pasta & rice a foodies delight even the breakfast lobster fried rice was sensational. Their chefs I’d rate as Michelin Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gordon Ramsay you really need to sample here!

BBrandi from TexasStaying in the Pods is definitely an experience. The property is huge. There are lots of amenities and restaurants to enjoy. The food is GOOD. We are at the Sunset restaurant on the beach and room service. Very good. Breakfast was ok. We had a great time on the beach. We were there all day. There’s towels and you can order drinks. The public beach is beside the property. The only damper on our experience was several (3 separate) Chinese guests (we know bc we live in China and speak Chinese) chose to start recording us and staring at the infinity pool. It almost ruined a very enjoyable day on the beach. Overall it was a good stay, and I would recommend that property. Other guests should be more considerate because it’s rude.
GGuest UserIt's a ten-minute motorcycle ride from the pier. The environment is quiet and beautiful. The Hai Hotel has a good service attitude, but I'm not used to the open-air bathroom. There are not many dishes in the restaurant, but the taste is acceptable. There are both Chinese and Western food, and most of them are for Europeans and Americans. The hotel is satisfactory, but I don't think the scenery and sea water are as good-looking as the pier, and the sea is not so blue and clear
BBramlettI stayed here with my husband and two children. We chose this resort because they had rooms well suited for families. The resort staff met at us at the pier and took us and our luggage by small speed boat to the resort—saving us a difficult walk along the beach with all of our bags. The front desk staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The rooms were very clean. We loved being on the beach and having a view of the ocean from our front deck. There were comfortable couches and chairs on the deck where we could lounge throughout the day. We looked forward to the resort breakfast each morning. I especially appreciated that the wait staff would provide steamed milk for our coffee each morning. We had several meals at the resort restaurant during our stay and we enjoyed them all. We were disappointed by the amount of trash that would wash up along the island beach but the resort had staff that would maintain the beach in front of the resort each day so it was nice to have a cleaner area for swimming and playing in the sand.
GGuest UserPeaceful, relaxing stay in a beachside bungalow. A slice of paradise. I arrived as part of a G Adventures group, but had a week extra at the end and stayed here for the whole week as it's so lovely. Ferry link provided, 2 hour trip, and well away from the hustle and bustle of Koh Touch on the other side of the island. Restaurant on site with excellent food - prices about $8 for eve meal. Wifi only in the bar area, cold showers but it's so hot you need that to cool down, if you fancy a change then go to the local village 20 minutes away, Nature's Kitchen / Otter Bar by the river (the French owner feeds the otter!) meals for $8 or the locally owned shack directly opposite the new temple, just has a red sign with pictures of food no menu so just ask, the owner speaks English and lovely meals are $3, I hired a scooter from there for $10. Marielle the owner sorted the booking of my bus back to Phnomn Pehn, very helpful - thank you.
GGuest UserA fantastic experience made possible by the entire amazing staff of this wonderful resort. Tep and Dara were especially kind and generous with their time. Tep helped arrange an island hopping tour and even accompanied me on her day off. Dara took time out of his day to sit and chat with me each day while I ate breakfast, a nice touch for a solo traveler. Everyone was so kind and cheerful. They were all smiling all the time. I met the owner and immediately understood why. His kindness and care for the staff members was obvious in his interactions with them. That type of managerial style inevitability translates into cheerful and thoughtful service. I applaud this entire operation for their genuine care for each other and the guests. The attention to detail and care showed in the quality of the groundskeeping, housekeeping, and food service. (The breakfast service was incredible, especially the made to order noodles and egg station). I could go on but this place reall has to be experienced to be believed. And at this price point it is an incredible value for money. One more thing: the location at the very end of Otres Beach is perfect. The beach was very quiet and the traffic on the road was minimal. I wouldn’t want to stay close to the noisy dusty city center. This is way better.
Luna Beach Resort is secluded on Pagoda Beach on Koh Rong. In itself it is a nice system with a few quirks and edges. The rooms are all the same, at least in the first two rows. Unfortunately, the round bed takes more getting used to and is as hard as a stone slab. If you don't like extremely hard beds, this is absolutely the wrong place for you. The facility is relatively clean, with a spot here and there, otherwise fine. The bathroom was a bit old, the shower head was full of limescale and was generally rather dirty. But it didn't bother us too much. It is important to mention that only salt water comes out of all taps! The food in the restaurant was great, there is a lot to choose from and the prices are just about within the range for Cambodia, the dishes cost an average of $5-$10. Portions were large and you were full. Unfortunately, the complex is very, very remote, scooters cost around $15 per day, Grab, Passapp and so on generally don't work at all and the shuttles from the hotel cost quite a bit at $5 per person to Long Set Beach. Drinks can be purchased locally at the hotel at slightly higher prices. 1 beer = $2 in happy hour 3 beers for $4. The beach is beautiful and on the section of the Luna Resort it is one of the most beautiful on Pagoda Beach. You can really relax here! Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
杨杨It is much better than originally thought. The room is very clean. Although it is far from the port, it is not very convenient to travel, but it is very quiet. The hotel has a boat that can pick up and drop off to the port. One dollar is for one person, except for no hot water. Of course, there is actually there. The weather doesn't need to be there anymore. There is really nothing to be picky about. The boss is a Frenchman. He walks with a glass of wine and a book every day. He really feels good about Gaolong Island. There are not so many tourists, not too much. It’s a lot of trouble for many European and American tourists who are holding books and sunbathing in the posters or snorkeling. Suitable for individuals or small couples, not suitable for parent-child travel, because there is really no entertainment on the island...
