Es una casa que está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. El servicio y atención de 10. Tienen un comedor con nevera, máquina de café, agua a disposición del cliente y gratis. También tienen servicio de otras bebidas de pago a buen precio. In our room upstairs there was a strong smell of sewerage, it even interfered with sleep with the bathroom door closed. The room is small, like a pencil case. We booked two single beds and they gave us a big bed. But all you need is even a hair dryer. The citadel is 610 meters on foot. For 30 euros per room is very good, but no more. Otherwise, everything is well-groomed, nothing is broken or loose. It is obvious that they are watching and caring! Keep it up!

Room was clean. It was different than the description provided when booking. We waited at the front desk for over 20 minutes, even after ringing the bell and calling the number provided. Gentleman who finally came down appeared to have just woken up. Around midnight there was a huge crash noise, then people talking loudly for almost 2 hours. Bed was very hard...uncomfortable! I like a firm mattress but this was like a brick. It was ok for one night. I would choose a new place to stay.

The experience at this guesthouse was beyond expectations, the owners are very kind and you can see that they put a lot of soul into what they do. The location is also excellent, when you leave the guesthouse you are one street away from the citadel. Great House, in a great location, close to he Old Town. The staff at the Venesis House was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and cosy, we had free coffee, the price of one night's accommodation was very good, everything was as I wanted! Highly recommended!

Bed and breakfast ottimo! L' host molto accogliente e davvero gentile. Luogo tranquillo, molto pulito e in ottima posizione per visitare la città, soprattutto la parte più antica e turistica. Possibilità di parcheggiare davanti al b&b. Insomma esperienza eccellente!!

An absolutely fantastic location below the citadel but only a few minutes away. The hosts are very welcoming and clearly proud of their guest house and cafe. Free coffee and fully equipped kitchen. A beautiful garden. Very clean and quiet. It was more than I hoped for.
