Swimming pool (about 26°) and hot tub closed in November. Hot tub from 16 years old. The building is built on a sloping ground. The floors are to be considered as levels (calculated from the terraces at the back of the residence). In case of heavy snowfall, it is not allowed on the order of the administrator to clear the terraces. 2-room apartment 53 m2 on 3rd floor. Partly renovated in 2018, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), digital TV and DVD. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Apartment well oriented towards the Rhone Valley and large balcony with deckchairs and table/chairs for dining. Kitchen equipped in order except the hood which does not pull well. Living room and place to eat in order. Well equipped bathroom with furnitur
