Este hotel es mi única alternativa cuando voy a Sierra Nevada, llevaba años sin ir y me sigue encantando. La situación, el personal .. es cómodo y aunque hay habitaciones que no están renovadas, el hotel me parece que es perfecto para la época. Por poner una pega, el spa o la piscina interior no está climatizado .. puede hacer calorcito en la zona pero el agua beata más bien fría, a una temperatura difícil de disfrutar .., para niños genial porque no paran

La chambre fournie ne correspondait pas aux spécifications mentionnées lors de la réservation, et la photo présentée était trompeuse. Lorsque nous avons signalé ce problème à la réception, ils nous ont conseillé de réserver directement auprès de l’hôtel à l’avenir pour garantir une meilleure chambre. De plus, il y avait un niveau de bruit élevé émanant de la buanderie de l’hôtel. Quant au lit d’appoint destiné à la troisième personne, il s’agissait d’un clic-clac trop petit et inconfortablement disposé.

Rent och fräscht rum, kändes nyrenoverat. Hela hotellet kändes fräscht men de bör göra något i matsalen på kvällen, alldeles för upplyst så den mysiga kvällskänslan man önskar vid middagen blev istället en skollunchkänsla. i efterhand hade jag inte bokat med kvällsmat utan ätit ute på fler olika restauranger.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel with our two children. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the location of the hotel is really convenient with a short walk to the main gondola. An especial shout-out to Carlos in Guest Experiences -- he was so kind, and made the stay extra special. One of the main highlights for us was the food, a lovely choice of delicious cold and hot dishes and plenty of fresh salads and fruits -- the strawberries as insane! The only key piece of feedback I do have to the hotel management is that they need to make changes in the running of the spa. Our daughter is an accomplished swimmer, at the age of 7, but was confined to a tiny 'baby pool' and was not allowed to go into the 'adult pool' although she could clearly see this through the glass wall. I saw numerous families struggling with the same restrictions, in the end we chose not to go to the spa, which is such a shame. They really MUST have at least 1-2hrs per day when children are indeed allowed in the large pool. Otherwise a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Los detalles hechos con "Alma" marcan la diferencia en el trato a las personas. Mi hija de 9 años tenía mucho sueño tras su jornada de ski, pero no podía dormir. Ademas se le habia caido una muela. Bajé al salón bar ALMA y me brindaron un vaso de leche y unas gominolas, para ayudar al ratón Pérez en su trabajo. Gracias a Maria, Pau, Rubén y Mario.!!
