Excellent hotel, real five-star hotel service grade, every detail is exquisite and upscale. Okay, not much to say. If you choose this home, it is absolutely right, you will be in the history record. Let's talk about the shortcomings. We went by car. We need to contact the hotel in advance. We will give you a GPS address and follow this navigation to reach the hotel. Hotel help parking is 45 euros a day, little expensive! Everything else is satisfactory!

We had a great stay at the Villa Del Sole Siena. The hotel is gorgeous and feels very serene. Our room was a superior room it was lovely and so light and airy with a great view of Siena from the window. The hotels terrace has a fantastic view over looking both the Tuscany hills and Siena which we took full advantage of! Staff were lovely and very helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A very warm welcome for two soaking wet cycle tourists greeted us on our arrival at this centrally located hotel. Our bikes were securely parked in the hotel garage and our wet luggage did not cause any alarm. Our room was small (but cheap!) and the heating was on, which was nice. We stayed two nights and had both breakfasts in the dining room - excellent. I can't get on with the Italian taste for sweet things in the morning but the selection of cakes looked amazing. I had cold meats, various cheeses, lovely bread, fruit, yoghurt and a boiled egg (we were cycling after all). The shower was great and the room was cleaned in the morning.

Ottima posizione vicina al centro, ma fuori dalla confusione, al parcheggio convenzionato (per salire ci sono le scale mobili), di fronte un Carrefour e diversi locali a pochi passi. Le camere hanno nome di erbe aromatiche e sono arredate con i colori della pianta. La nostra era ”Salvia”, grande, armadio capiente, letto comodo, con bollitore, grande telvisione condizionatore silenzioso. Ottima la qualità del sonno data anche dalla quiete e il buio con persione e e tende. Bagno ampio, doccia spaziosa, ottimi i prodotti cortesia!Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione dolce e salata completa. Un grazie a Roberto, che,oltre alla simpatia e disponibilità, ci ha raccontato aspetti di Siena meno conosciuti e indicato luoghi e avvenimenti particolari. Consigliatissimo!

I highly recommend this small charming hotel when visiting Siena. It has a great location with a breathtaking view of Siena from the breakfast terrance. They serve a wonderful breakfast with a good variety to choose from. There's a lovely public living room where you can relax and enjoy the view. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are small, but comfortable and beautifully decorated with antiques. All have private baths. If I have the chance to visit Siena again I definitely will stay here!

Loved our stay here. A special thank-you to Sonia and Daniela for making it great! We loved the room (Le Grottesche) with its loft and tall frescoed ceilings. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was very functional. Breakfast offered good choices (except cappuccino, which was a bit watery) and was served in a beautiful drawing room. During our stay I enjoyed learning about the history of the building and of the Borghesi family, which left Siena for Rome long ago but had many prominent members, including a pope and a nobleman who became Napoleon’s brother-in-law. In a church in a different part of town I happened to notice their coat of arms on some supports, which was pretty cool. Keep in mind that although the units have air conditioning, it must be enabled by management, and we were not able to use it in October although the weather was warm and rainy. My spouse had a bit of trouble sleeping at night due to this.

Our six night stay at B&B Le Aquile was wonderful. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The location couldn't be better - right next to the Campo, and one minute walk to the Duomo. The Hosts were amazing. Massimo shared his passion of Siena's history and culture with us, and gave us a special tour of ancient fresnos in his centuries old property. We appreciated his passion and his kindness. Ada was superwoman ! She helped us every day with direcions, transportation, restaurants and what to do and see in Siena. Ada is one of the best hosts we have ever had while travelling. Both of them made our six day stay in Siena very special. Siena is also a great base to explore Tuscany and Umbra - amazing landscapes, food and wine. Highest reccomendation possible !

I rented this apartment for 7 nights in december 2023. The location is perfect, at most 10 walking minutes from every good spot in Siena. There are two supermarkets on 3 walking minutes, so it is easy to buy food or other stuff. The apartment is very well decorated and comfortable, specially the beds. The kitchen is well equiped, and seved us very well, I only missed some basic ingredients such as salt and oil, as well as a dishwasher. I also missed a place in the shower to put stuff like soap and shampoo, but it is definitely not a big problem. Notice that, as this apartment is inside a ZTL (limited trafic zone), it is not easy to park a car in front of it, so consider using a parking place located at 700m from the apartment. I have used it, it is easy and free. These instructions, among other important ones, is well provided by the staff, so I did not have to worry about it. I highly recommend the apartment.

GGuest UserWe chose Il Battistero for its location. There isn’t a place worth going in Siena’s Centro Storico you can’t walk to eith the bustle of the Campo and the glorious Duomo just steps from this hotel door. The hotel itself is lovely, with a welcoming lobby and clean, comfortable and stylishly decorated rooms. But what sets this hotel apart is the high level of attention and quality of service its excellent staff offer to their guests. Everyone we encountered during our magical three night stay starting on Christmas Eve was courteous, hospitable and dedicated to making sure we had everything we needed, like valet car parking, restaurant recommendations, a private wine tasting and breakfast delivered to our door every morning, Rita, Andrea and Patricia managed to be both warm and efficient at the same time and they all kindly, patiently and politely endured our attempts to speak their beautiful language. They are the reason why, when we return to Siena, we will stay at Il Battistero. Vincenzo e Stefano

MMaria TSiena: Finding spacious accommodation for a family of five (with teenagers) can be a challenge. Paradiso apartment accommodation in Siena exceeded our expectations. Fabio on reception was friendly and gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is across the road in an attractive old stone brick building with green shuttered windows. Our 2 bedroom apartment was on the second floor. An easy climb up stairs with cases. Fabio gave us a personal tour on checkin and oriented us to the town and provided us with a map. The front door opens into a large lounge with terrazzo floors and frescoed ceiling, with 2 big couches, one was made up nicely into a single bed. The view onto a courtyard below is delightful. The kitchen is big with views down to the cobbled street and adjacent stone buildings. A minibar in the fridge is even reasonably priced! A further 2 double bedrooms are down a long corridor with 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is largest, again with lovely views to courtyard below. Squeaky clean, crisp bed linen, fluffy towels, plenty of room for cases and excellent WiFi. Highly recommend for family of 5-6 people. Ask Fabio too for restaurant recommendations. Wished we had stayed more than one night. Reasonable rates. We booked direct via email. We arrived by bus - approx 12 min walk along cobbled streets however clear parking instructions provided if arriving by car.

CCHENGThe hotel is warm and has a rich breakfast. It is suitable for self-driving outside the ancient city and has a parking lot. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the ancient city attractions. The room can see the Siena Stadium, but there is no competition, the stadium is under maintenance and the stadium is small.

We’ve stayed here many times but the previous time was six years ago so I was impressed at being remembered. The positives are great: central location, very clean rooms which are spare and elegant , friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast is better than it was but a little spartan. Put a refrigerator in the rooms and it would be better than some 3 stars we’ve been in. We will be back!
