"The location is not far from Piazza del Campo, it can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. I stayed for one night and it was clean and tidy. If you don't have dinner at the restaurant, there is a place nearby that makes very good pizza. It would only be better if there were slippers in the room."

Quite noisy as it is right beside the street and there wasn't proper signage to the entrance so it took some time to find the door."

Very clean hotel with a minimal snack for breakfast. That was fine for us since we ate so much in Siena! I would highly recommend this beautiful modern hotel!!"

"The Hotel is located in a favorable position for visiting Siena, just a few minutes drive from the city centre. (It is not recommended to reach the center on foot, especially in the evening. The road is fast-moving and not very lit). We stayed in a spacious and clean room. The bathroom, however, was not cleaned thoroughly every day. Breakfast also underwent changes as the days went by. Varied and plentiful at the beginning of the stay, with little choice on the last day. What did not change during the stay was the kindness of the staff, always attentive to the customer's needs. I'm sorry to give three stars, on the first day of my stay I would definitely have given more."
