Very convenient for visiting Siena on foot Spacious rooms although spartan Simple and welcoming Kind and friendly staff Continental breakfast a little too spartan and limited...it could be better Excellent value for money

Starting from the breakfast not included in the price which is really poor, I would focus on the falling plaster, the cobwebs on the ceilings, the bathroom divided on one side by the toilets, on the other in a very narrow recovery corner by the shower that doesn't even close properly so it gets wet everywhere. The sheet on the bed without a mattress cover and the rooms cold as death. If you ask for a blanket you will never get it, if you are lucky you get a rescue heater. I imagine how hot it can be in the summer without air conditioning but that is not the point. I remain doubtful on several fronts: I book by making specific requests such as: SEPARATE BEDS and I find they are all double. I point out how they were specified in the email and they even responded positively and in person they wash their hands of it. On the phone the price of the room is one, in person another and obviously the first thing they ask you as soon as you arrive is: when will you pay? Who pays? How will you pay? Parking is separate, okay, it wasn't specified but okay, until I pay for parking for my colleague who ends up paying for it in turn (so paid twice, smart ones). The welcome from the staff? Yes, the same one who shouts outside the rooms early in the morning and makes an indescribable mess for cleaning. It's a shame given the location it's so neglected. Siena is small but full of hotels. Evaluate carefully.

Amazing Herlig oplevelse. Fantastisk udsigt. Rolige omgivelser, Gåafstand til skønne Siena. Kan bestemt anbefales. Vi selv komme tilbage ved førstgivne lejlighed.

Hotel that charged us for 4 nights when we didn't sleep a single night due to a car problem. The hotel made no commercial gesture. The hotel cancelled the reservation and rebooked the room for the other 3 nights without reimbursing us. NO FAIRPLAY and not respectful. Hotels that rented the same room twice

Siamo partiti da Siena per la via Francigena...hotel bello per posizione..bella la reception..la sala colazione..ma ahimè le camere sono datate necessitano di ristrutturazione..l'intonaco del bagno era sul piatto doccia...ma ahimè le lenzuola senza coprimaterasso proprio no..non è igienico ..
