This hotel is very cozy, and the owner is a very friendly and handsome uncle. He also takes good care of the guests. It was a very happy stay in Siena! I hope to have the opportunity to go again!

A wonderful find. A very short walk to Paleo and all the surrounding areas. Fabulous views from terrace. Lovely breakfast and tea station. Very friendly staff. I would highly recommend. We would definitely stay again if returning to Siena.

Posizione eccellente e strategica assolutamente perfetta, bella terrazza con vista che ti riempie il cuore, personale gentile e cordiale, ma alcune cose fondamentali da migliorare. Camera bella con alcuni dettagli da curare meglio come la testiera del letto rotta, ma soprattutto, in una struttura di questo livello e di questi prezzi non esiste che a colazione non ci sia del pane fresco per chi mangia qualcosa di salato ma solo del pane in casetta, che si possa bere acqua solo naturale, che per il salato venga portato del formaggio affettato tipo edamer invece che un qualunque e banale (ma sicuramente più dignitoso e adeguato al contesto) pecorino locale, anche le brioche non sono quelle fresche di un qualunque fornaio, ma probabilmente quelle surgelate da riscaldare. Peccato, basta davvero poco a migliorare questi aspetti.

A gorgeous setting with a stunning view of the hilltop where the center of town in Siena is situated, with a very manageable walk uphill to the beautiful piazza where so many people, eateries and palazzos are located. Extremely responsive and personable staff who are eager to help travelers in every way possible. Spacious rooms with plenty of sunshine, although there was no refrigerator in the room - a minor drawback. We were thoroughly satisfied with our experience at this lovely hotel in the lovely town of Siena and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

Das Hotel ist einfach perfekt. Mit dem Auto ist es dank Anfahrtsplan sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Empfang (Englisch) war überaus freundlich. Die Lage ist einfach nicht zu übertreffen: von der Terrasse aus kann man auf Siena und ins weite Tal blicken. Zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten auf der Piazza. Die Zimmer sind neu gemacht und wunderschön. Das Bad ist ebenfalls neu und super, ganz besonders die Dusche). Wir hätten uns gewünscht länger bleiben zu dürfen.

Superb. 5*. Management and staff excellent. Room was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, everything provided. Excellent breakfast. Cannot rate highly enough. Will definitely return. Great location. 10mins from centre of Sienna. Local restaurants very good.

We had a great stay at Villa Del Sole. Room was beautiful , comfortable and immaculate. Views were fantastic! Staff were very polite and attentive. Breakfast was very good and filling. Nice enclosed breakfast area with an optional open terrace. The hotel also cleaned some of our laundry for a reasonable fee. Great location in Siena. Wish we could have stayed longer.
