Het is een prachtige locatie om te verblijven. Het straalt rust uit en in dit klooster kan je echt even bijkomen. Je bent in tien minuten in het centrum van Sienna. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt en heerlijke koffie met taartjes! Genoten, een echte aanrader

The hotel is an old cloister and is picturesque, but there is no elevator and carrying suitcases is a bit heavy. The buffet breakfast is quite complete, but poorly organized and they do not replenish what is running out quickly.
The beds are comfortable, but you can hear those in the next room and those in the room above.

Siamo stati in questo hotel in occasione del palio di agosto. Buona la posizione, nella contrada della chiocciola, non molto distante da piazza del campo. Dispone di un parcheggio interno. Buona la colazione, ottima la pulizia, unica pecca l'assenza dell' ascensore

hotel urządzony ze starego klasztoru. prawie w samym centrum. do głównych atrakcji jest ok 400 m. pokoje z klimatyzacją. śniadanie ok. blisko sklep i przystanek autobusowy. co prawda autobus jeździ nie zgodnie z rozkładem lepiej podjeść w inne miejsce żeby dojechać do dworca

Struttura storica a due passi dal centro di Siena e per questo gode di ottima posizione per visitare a piedi la città. Receptionists gentili e premurosi. Purtroppo la struttura necessita di una ristrutturazione dei dettagli e una pulizia più accurata. La passatoia delle scale penso non venga aspirata da settimane, la parte esterna delle finestre è sporca, in camera e in bagno ci sono elementi che probabilmente non sono mai stati puliti o sostituiti troppo tempo fa, ad esempio il filtro del condizionatore... Da rivedere.

Hôtel 4 étoiles!?!? Il faudra revoir cette cotation ou les critères d'attribution!! Hôtel vetuste, sans ascenseur pour ceux qui voyage avec des bagages, (donc à peu près tout le monde), bon courage pour les monter en chambre...une corvée!! Chambre vieillotte, rideaux déchirés, tv hors service, lunette des toilettes non fixée, peinture écaillée et retouches grossières, carrelage cassé, contrôle de climatisation hors service (une nuit passée avec 29° dans la chambre), moisissures dans la salle de bain...et j'en passe. Le passé historique de la bâtisse et des travaux de rafraîchissements devraient leurs permettre de mériter leurs étoiles, en l'état, ce n'est pas le cas.
