Our family arrived in the late evening, warmly welcomed by the hotel staff with refreshing drinks and a sample of Cambodian snacks. The genuine hospitality and warmth showered onto us was truly special. The staff were very courteous, attentive to the smallest detail. Khmer Mansion being more boutique sized was beautifully decorated showcasing some of Cambodia’s heritage. The food (buffet breakfast and ala carte) was delicious and had a good variety. We couldn’t have asked for a more special mansion to stay at Siem Reap!

Hotel is very conveniently located. close enough to walk to Pub street and the night market, yet far away enough to not have your sleep disrupted by the noise and crowds of prople. surrounded by local and international restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, we needed a wheelchair and they arranged everything for us. Breakfast had a good variety of local and western food with even an omelette station. Only 15 min away from Angkor Wat complex by tuktuk. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The hotel was amazing with great customer service. You can book tours via the hotel. The resort grounds was beautiful. The pool was lovely where you can also relax by the bar or pool side. Food was delicious. Book the Cuture Dinner Event at the hotel; it was so enjoyable. There are lots of spa services, which are massages, facials, hair treatment and more. I highly recommend. 😊👍

We stayed at 4 hotels in Siem Reap on this trip and we both agree this was the best. The room was large with oversized soft bed and strong ac. Words just can’t describe the pool…biggest we have seen in our lives. It’s so relaxing to just swim around the whole thing. Breakfast was our best at this hotel as well. 100% loved it and would return.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location... walking distance to central areas for food and markets and short distance by Tuk Tuk to all the temples. Staff are all super friendly and I would definitely stay here again next time

Gave me a ground floor room. It's a dated room with the air con fixed at the wrong location on top of a cupboard and not direct to the bed. Water was not hot. Requested for another room and gave me a honeymoon suit. Their service is good no doubt. Breakfast very limited. 7 mins walk to pub street. But there are better hotels.

The hotel really looks nice. The lobby is very hip. There’s a restaurant and pool deck and we had our lunch there. The food was great. The room is very spacious and new with a Smart TV. However, there’s an issue in the shower room wherein the drainage is not functioning properly that resulted to water going inside the room. Also, it could’ve been better if there’s a toiletries holder in the shower room.

From her Cambodian & Thai managers- the humility & service orientedness. Anjali was perfect. Quiet, restful, and beautiful. The pool is always shaded by dense foliage so it seemed like we were in the middle of the jungle. The restaurant was amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange all our tours and activities. We were especially lucky to have Mr. Chhlen drive us around all week in the tuktuk and the van: not only was he kind and knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions for attractions and restaurants we wouldn’t have known about otherwise, but also he was very attentive to our kids and helped keep them safe and entertained when we were out temples and souvenir shops. We highly recommend Anjali and would stay again.

Excellent place, a little, like 10 minutes away from the main drag, but I like it. Close to good restaurants serving local food as well as foreign options. And a couple of bars. There is a coffee shop right across from the entrance which makes me very happy.

Amazing hotel, breakfast simple but very good, location is just perfect, walking distance from night markets, quality of amenities is lovely, interior design is just beautiful. The hotel has no breakfast, the decoration is more traditional and old, and there are more mosquitoes. General rooms do not have air conditioning, they are old fans. If you need air conditioning, you need to adjust the room. But the hotel service is very good, there is a swimming pool, the waiters are very kind!
