The environment is very beautiful, the room is comfortable and close to nature. The service is very hard, but it always lacks intimacy. At night, someone actually jumped in the closed swimming pool, which was really disturbing. I don't know how the management will deal with it.

This place is an amazing and family spirit driven island in busy Siem Reap, inspired by an old Khmer village but updated carefully to enjoy your stay. Loved it and thx again for having me - enjoyed a great time with all of you and was thankful to have chosen this place as I am not into this „new school luxurious places“ which are now the main style in Siem reap to find. ☀️🙏🇰🇭👌

I absolutely fell in love with Phum Khmer Lodge! This lushly retreat, unlike any typical hotel, feels more like a charming Khmer village. Built from reclaimed wood from old homes across Cambodia, it’s a rare gem in Siem Reap. The owners, Ly and May, are incredibly warm and welcoming, offering a true five-star homestay experience. Last but not least, the eco-consciousness is impressive.

Our time at Pham Khmer was amazing. The hospitality team was incredible. They arranged most of our transportation, gave recommendations and connected us with guides. Our guide, Kai, was a wonderful guide for the temples and the floating village. His historical and local knowledge as well as his ability to speak precise and easily understandable English was great!

El resort superó mis expectativas! A la familia nos encantó el resort, muy acogedor y tranquilo, sumergido entre la naturaleza. Las habitaciones son de primera, increíbles. El desayuno excelente. El personal fantástico y muy profesional, haciendo una especial mención a Mr. SONA, (Subgerente de Recepción) nos ayudo en toda nuestra estancia, ofreciendo servicios y dando consejos, con un trato exquisito y muy familiar. Un boutique-hôtel plein de charme, une oasis à Siem Reep, très près des temples d'Angkor. Chambre familiale sur pilotis spacieuse et propre avec 3 très grands lits (couchages excellents). Très jolie piscine parfaitement propre. Jus de fruits frais exquis. Cuisine de très bonne qualité à prix doux (menu complet à $16/personne). Personnel adorable. Mr LY, le Gérant, est un homme d'une incroyable gentillesse à l'instar de tout le personnel.. Vente de couvertures magnifiques entre $30 et 50 réalisées par des femmes d'un village proche. Volonté de faire travailler les locaux y compris dans les produits d'hygiène : gel douche, shampooing et conditionner topissimes. Espérons pouvoir refaire un séjour au Phum Khmer Lodge l'année prochaine en combinant quelques nuits au Zannier Phum Baitang qui jouit d'un environnement exceptionnel : au milieu de champs de riz, au calme absolu, tel un lodge de luxe d'Afrique australe...

Perfect hotel. We stayed in this hotel while visiting Siem Reap and It was the best choice we could have done. Very beautiful lodges in a quiet location near the center. Marvellous staff always trying to help and make us happy. Very good tuk tuk drivers always trying to make their best. I highly recommend Phum Khmer Hotel. The best choice ☺️

We had a lovely stay at the Phum Khmer lodge. The houses are authentic and spacious and are located around a fantastic garden with pool. We especially loved the service. Everyone was really helpful. Special thanks to Vanna for helping us arrange our trip in Siem Reap and to Phnom Penh. The organised tour to Angkor by Tuk Tuk with our guide Singe was fantastic! He is a super guide, gives very good explanations and is a great photographer. And he is great with teenagers. Our kids loved him. Phum Khmer is a real gem in Siem Reap!
