Staff friendly and helpful- very hot temps in Siem Reap when we stayed and they brought a fan into the room to assist the cooling of the room as the AC didn’t quiet cool the room.
Staff very helpful in suggesting/ help organise trips to match our needs.
Restaurant and stairs under renovation (at time of our stay) and a smell of paint evident but looking very smart (freshly painted).
Laundry opposite- does a quick turnaround and charges by the kilo.

Due to fully booking, they let us upgrade one more hotel where was 5 mins taking tuktuk from this hotel. we’re like a little disappointed with that, but after transferring the alternative, realized we had luck, was a nice experience in SR!

When I entered, there was a thermos bottle that the previous tenant had confiscated, and the water was also empty. After telling me, I took the bottle and went down to fill it with water. The shampoo was empty. When I came back in the evening, I asked for a bathrobe and there was no bathrobe. There is no bathrobe in this hotel 😂 Later I found one that had a strong perfume smell and was worn by others without cleaning it properly 😂 (later, another one was sent to me after a while so that it could be worn)
Find another hotel, there should be no worse service attitude than this one🫠🫠🫠
