The staff were extremely considerate and I was able to stay comfortably throughout my multi-day stay. The hotel also provided a welcome drink, free afternoon tea, and free tuk-tuks in the evenings, making for a very satisfying stay.

We stayed at the Elephant Hotel for 5 nights in April 2024 and had an excellent experience. The room was large and comfortable and an oasis in the heat as was the pool which is a good size and extremely clean.
The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.

During an in-depth tour of Siem Reap, I stayed in the hotel for 5 days. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony with a wide view. The hotel staff are friendly and considerate. It is within walking distance of Bar Street and the hotel also provides free delivery. Recommended
