The room setting its not right looks very tight if put the table in front of bed....its hard to move around It must be free excess to bed think about emergency ppl get out from bed will hit the table and the cabinet Safety first ....... Bed sheet not too clean color is become dirty looks Need to put bycline or change Need elevator for old people or ppl with feet problem Reception need in open area not in the hiding place so.ppl more welcoming feelings

The receptionists and staff are friendly and friendly, wifi and cell phone signal in room 101 during my stay could not be used for no reason, the hotel was quite neat, comfortable and clean, complete bathroom equipment, the hotel was stable, the food was good

The mattress is small but strong because it uses an iron frame so it is sturdy, in the hallway of the room there is a dispenser that can be used in cold mode, suitable for hot temperatures. No need to go out to buy water anymore.

The Zest Hotel is a very wonderful and friendly hotel. I’m very happy with my stay. The staff, always smiling and ready to attend to your everyday needs. The restaurant on the 1st floor is very delicious and the employees there are always happy to serve you. Wonderful and delicious food. The room itself is wonderful too. The wifi works well and had no issues connecting to it. The bed is very comfortable. I got a wonderful view. Everything went well. I definitely will return next time. Thank you so much.

Service at check-in is good, friendly. The cleanliness of the room is ok, what needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the linen which is very lacking, it would be better if it was kept clean and there were no spots. For parking fees, it should be made free because parking fees will be multiplied if guests often leave the hotel and come back to rest, info from the front office, that free parking tickets are only obtained according to the number of nights we stay, even then we have to inform the front office by showing a parking ticket. I also forgot to show it to the front office, the hotel can cooperate with parking management services, maybe by showing a room card you can park for free

Got a transit flight to Makassar on the next day, I decided to stay in this hotel. Location is perfect, inside the Terminal 1 Juanda Airport so no need to use transportation anymore (If your flight domestik). Receptiont named Devi was nice and cheerful, the Bar staff is also awesome. Feels like stay at my home. Thank you guys for your service. Love it so much !

Just done stayed here for 2 nights (4-6/12/2023) I see the struggle in this place. Not enough guest coming in due small place (about 16-18m²) Great things about this are how polite they are, menus on buffet are good enough (great texture, fairly tasty) The price are affordable, but unfortunately only 1 type of room (deluxe, with twin/double bed), starts at 260k (exclude breakfast) (deposit 50k is needed) Location is packed with cafe & 1 mall only, kinda not strategic. Room is ok from introvert perspective, but not healthy (no window on ground/first floor rooms). Amenities are completed as general. When i arrived at my room for first time, duvet has a bit of old stain (its fine but people may be nitpick)

Didn't know what to expect, I booked one night. Boy, how regretful I was. Wish I stayed longer. Bed & pillow were super comfortable. And the surprise? BOLSTER...! I immediately feel at home & indeed, I slept like baby. AC was okay, but the hot water pressure was consistently great, and it made my ritual of hot shower before going to bed perfectly kept. One thing I noticed is how the attention to detail is given to ensure the cleanliness is kept around the clock. 4 times I went to the public toilet and the seat is ALWAYS dry and clean. Yes, I have an serious case of OCD & yet I can't fault the cleanliness. Although a bit dark in Reception desk, Putri the receptionist is always eager to assist. The others need to learn from her professional hospitality attitude. Lobby is small but functional. The Hall meeting room is spacious. My meeting arrangement was easily accommodated and professionally well taken care of by Freshi Moreno. A big thank you for extending your flexibility toward my changing meeting arrangement need. Breakfast selection was varied & satisfying but the group's loud chatters turned off my appetite slightly. Location is great, rate is affordable but at product this good it should've fetched a few more rupiah. Concussion: Stay here. Period. Highly recommended.

One of the best 5 stars new hotel and affodable price in Surabaya... well located, just across the biggest mall in Surabaya Pakuwon Mall with hotel free shuttle , and nearby we can find McD and some food tenants. Accepted warmly by Riri Guest relation officer, and they gave me welcome minicake in my room and high floor best city view The room is comfy, with new bed and amenities, and there are 2 unique bolsters i've ever seen. Swimming pool at 17th floor with amazing view, no gym but we can access Roca public's gym with hotel shuttle.... Tasty breakfast but the breakfast area space is too small. Will consider to staycation here again. Thank you

this hotel was good in every angle, great location and easy to find, Lobby very nice with many ornament and garnish there is middle level of luxury, I was satisfied with all service, especially Mr. Ali (front office manager), was very communicative and very informative, soon I will back to stay at this Hotel!
