Fairfield Inn & Suites Sidney

Clean, friendly, and excellent service during our stay. We have stayed here twice in the past 3 months for traveling and the location is convenient and we will for sure stay here anytime we are in Sidney.

The elevator was not in service for our stay and had not been in service for several days and would not be in service for several more days but we were not notified of this prior to our arrival. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs and my husbands health would not allow him to do so. The manager should have tried to notify us of this in advance so we could have made the decision whether to change our plans or not. Totally unacceptable and dangerous for people with health issues. Manager failed us.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast is very good, lots of options to keep everyone in the family happy. Everything is very clean and maintained. Pool area was very clean and welcoming. Fitness center is wonderful too. Walmart is very close for any extras you might need. Manager Catrina went above and beyond to help make the stay just perfect.

Clean , updated, and friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was quiet and hotel next to Walmart. Pool was small but served purpose for my son. Overall , this was just a lovely stop and we would stay again. Plenty of restaurants and gas stations

Stayed here for one night on our cross-country journey. It is a budget hotel, clearly designed for travelers like us. It is easy-on/easy-off from the interstate, and has ready access to a Walmart right behind the hotel. Our stay was quiet and the staff were genuinely friendly from check-in through departure. Hotel itself is exceptionally clean, including the breakfast area.

Rude front desk staff and poorly maintained, small rooms. We were given a king room that was very small with minimal space on either side of the bed - sides or back; space was more like the lower end Avid, Element, or Tru hotel brands. The first room we were given had no hot water which was discovered while standing in the shower for a very long time waiting for the heat. Upon notifying the front desk staff, we were told we could just stay in the room with the cold water or pay more to be transferred to another room. I said we needed a new room and we shouldn't have to pay for it. We were given the new room which was just as small and also had problems with hot water but at least it finally got warm after a long wait. Breakfast area was large and maintained, but it didn't have anything we could eat except some English muffins; lots of variety but most was pre-packaged, 'weird' items, also no skim milk. Location was in an area just off freeway that had the basics needed for travelling through ... Walmart behind the hotel, a McDonald's across the street, along with a few other nearby hotels and fast food locations.

The hotel and room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. Location nice as close to Walmart, gas stations and restaurants. However, all 3 mornings we were there, there was little breakfast available. The 3rd morning, there was no eggs, no bacon, no milk, no oatmeal, and no utensils. When another guest complained to the asst manager, he was loudly and rudely told to go to McDonalds if he didn't like it. If you don't mind rude staff and little to no breakfast, it is a nice place to stay.

Need to improve their room cleaning couple areas on the carpet were sticky and there was hair in the bathtub and on the wall of the shower. Hair on the floor of the bathroom as well. there is a Cabela’s within a half a mile which is a nice option. Need to up their game a little bit.

I stay here around 50 times a year. The staff is always friendly and welcoming when I arrive. Samantha, the manager, is great to work with and so is the staff. Rooms are always clean and ready upon arrival. They offer one of the best breakfast options I’ve had at a hotel! You won’t be disappointed with your stay here!
