Catty Cats Garden Hotel

This is less of a review of the hotel and more about the man running the tour stand named "Tom Cruise". His services were excellent; akin to a personal tour guide. Provided water, face masks for dust, and advice on places to go and eat. It was a shame we forgot to give you a tip before leaving Turkey. Very nice guy. Please do not take this review down because this is the only way I can thank him for making our trip a much better one.

The hotel was clean and food was adequate and chef Adam was lovely and accommodating, however the rest of the staff were unbelievably rude and discriminatory towards us. We were met with disgust every time we ordered a drink despite paying for an all inclusive package. The service from staff completely lets down the rating of this hotel and ruined our stay. Other guests told us they experienced similar treatment and that they overheard staff saying that it was due to the country we had traveled from. Some guests were even threatened with weapons by staff for enjoying an evening on their balcony despite all surrounding guests having no problem with them enjoying themselves, as is expected on a holiday. I whole heartedly believe that the treatment we received was due to not being the same religion as staff.

Catty cats was a lovely clean hotel and the Pools where brilliant, Food was OK very little choice for Breakfast but lunch and Tea where adequate, View from room were very poor no scenery All bar and entertainment finished at 1030pm. Mainly male staff no female staff hardly, staff very Rude did not engage with guests very very Rude. Despite that we did enjoy our holiday but the hotel staff brought it down for us a little bit,I would not return back to this hotel

Were to start, just avoid especially if your females either friends holiday or sole traveller. We met some amazing people who we will stay friends with forever. But the hotel is more like a hostel with a pool and just one alcoholic drink abavaiable vodka and watered down and you can't get a cold drink untill 10.30am even coke thay say have water or coffee, and it closes at 10pm, the food is mostly bad all taste the same, no snacks throughout the day just coffee and cakes at 4pm. Rooms are dirty mould in shower the soap holder was black and green they tend to concentrate on the roomms attached to the main building and neglecting all the other blocks, beds are hard so if you suffer from back issues etc then you will be in pain. Pool area was kept clean daily by a sweet 80 year old man he work hard from early hours. Main pool very cold even though temperatures were 30d due to it being shaded by the main building. Entertainments well same songs played over and over during the day, darts in the day evenings nothing apart from half an hour turkish dancing one night belly dancer another and karaoke that's it. Now to the frightening part, two of the male staff are creepy always trying to get young and older lady's to let them in there rooms, one of the female guest was bitten by a male staff then he tried to push her down the steps after she refused to let him go to her room. Another was pushing an older lady to give him fag's and buy him vodka to take home and also had money go missing from her room safe they were to frightened to say anything. Most of the staff are rude nasty arogent males only saw one female worker apart from the cleaners the rest were male. I was refused a cold coke with ice when I was leaving as it was not open till 10.30 and the time was 10.19 this is not all-inclusive and you spend more money eating out and drinking out. Please please avoid this hotel pay the extra for your safety and to have a good holiday I WOULD NOT RETURN EVER.

It was wonderful holiday with my girlfriend when we arrived staff was very helpful and they give our room directly and they help all the suitcases room was very clean all the meals open buffet and there is a lot of options pool sides was clean and entertaining we will visit here next year %100 Special thanks to all Cats Garden Family

Me and my best friend came to turkey just the 2 of us, I’m 23 and her 25. By the end of the first day we had already booked flights home and flew home after less than 36 hours in Turkey, when we were supposed to be staying for 10 days. The lifeguard at the hotel wouldn’t stop flirting with us and trying to get us to meet him at night time with his friends, outside of the hotel, and go to a beach and drink with them, he told us to meet him round the corner of the hotel at 11pm and he would buy us all the alcohol we wanted…He messaged me after we told him we wasn’t going to go and he asked us not to tell the hotel what he was planning, this goes to show that his intentions were not good ones as why would he not want the hotel to know? The events organiser at the hotel seemed lovely at first, asked me to follow him on instagram so he could send me tickets to a party that the hotel was taking part in but proceeded to message me relentlessly, asking if we could meet up to “just talk”, then telling me if I didn’t want to then to just say, so after me telling him “no thank you” he still proceeded to keep on messaging me and messaging me, with no reply after that from me may I add. Everywhere we went in the hotel they both seemed to hover around us, not leaving us alone and making us very uncomfortable. We were visibly uncomfortable and trying to ignore them but we also didn’t want to be rude, wich looking back now I wish we were! We felt so unsafe with how consistent they were that we ended up going back to the room and putting a cup on the door handle and folded cardboard under the door so they’d struggle to open it if they came to our room. I have never felt this unsafe in my entire life. I have gone to Lanzarote on my own at 18 and felt a hell of a lot more safe then than I did in turkey at 23. The only good part of the hotel was the bar manager, I can’t remeber his name but he was the same age as me (23) and he was lovely, he helped us the first night when the coach driver scammed us a little and was more than helpful with everything else we could have needed, he even rang his mum to check the bus times for us! If all the staff were like him then we would have had the best holiday, I genuinely cannot give him enough praise! Been trying to contact the hotel as I have screenshots of the messages from both the lifeguard and the events organiser. Looking at some reviews properly after coming home I can see a few complaints made about the lifeguard and it scares me. God forbid 2 young girls who aren’t as clued up as us had taken him up on his offer to go to the beach late at night, I don’t even want to imagine what could have happened.
