Everyone must not book this hotel, ********, we booked four deluxe triple rooms for more than 700 a night, a total of more than 3,000. When we arrived, we were only given one deluxe triple room, and then Two very small double rooms and a triple room that were not as good as a guest house, and the rooms were not cleaned. We first went to the male boss and promised to change rooms for us. However, the female boss felt that he was obviously discriminating against Chinese people and said that he would not change rooms for us. Then we said that he would give us the room we booked, and he said that he It is a boutique family hotel. We Chinese have bad habits. He will disturb his customers and ask us to leave. He will refund our money and let us find another hotel. After repeatedly confirming that we would be refunded, we booked a new hotel and informed Ctrip customer service immediately. But I didn't expect that when Ctrip communicated with them, the hotel turned its back and refused to recognize the person, saying that we stayed in their hotel for four hours and even gave away their towels and toothbrushes. Soap and shampoo were used. When we arrived at the hotel and found that the room type was wrong, we took photos and submitted them to Ctrip. It took less than an hour before we rebooked another hotel and went to another hotel before we went out. We all brought our own towels and toiletries. It was the afternoon local time, not early or late, and we were busy going out to play. How could we use their things? The most hateful thing is that they actually told Ctrip that we were at their place. Stayed for four hours. Who would go all the way from China to such a beautiful seaside town of Nishidai, and then not go to the beach to play, but stay in a hotel for four hours, let alone be so bored that they use all the toiletries and return them? I went through the process of checking out and changing hotels over and over again, but I felt like this was so stupid. I was talking nonsense and telling lies with my eyes open. We asked repeatedly and he said he would refund our money, but he said he hadn't received the money yet. The money was with the agent and he couldn't refund us immediately. We trusted him, but after we left, he refused to acknowledge the debt. We also hope that Ctrip, as the largest travel service platform, can give us a satisfactory answer. Because of trust in the platform at that time, I did not record the video of the conversation with the hotel owner, but I kept the conversation content of the translation software and the photos of the room. You can take a look at the photos of the deluxe triple room provided by his hotel and the photos of the room given to us. The comparison is really too great. First. The reason was that they themselves could not provide the room type we booked. The second reason was that they asked us to leave and promised to refund our fees. In the end, they changed their minds and refused to admit it. The above content is definitely not nonsense. If there is any lie, God will strike with thunder. I sincerely hope that everyone will never book a hotel with no integrity to avoid being deceived. And especially the Chinese, the boss obviously looks down on the Chinese. We also hope that Ctrip can finally give us a satisfactory answer after upgrading the complaint.

The location is great, just across a pedestrian road from the sea. Negotiate directly with the hotel for your price because the room we had was WAY overpriced. Room 107 is up a staircase and has a double and a single bed, a large window to open, and a very good balcony. The shower falls directly onto the toilet and you must squeegee the floor after a shower. The breakfast (quite nice) is served outside at around 10 AM (although they say it will be at 9). You must leave you car outside the archeological area (where hotel is located) and walk or take a tram to the hotel. We were able to park on the streets for free but the official way is to park in a paid lot. Buy your beer/wine/snacks a few miles from Side because within the town things cost double. In the morning hoards of people come into town to view the ruins.

Romantic hotel with breakfast in the nice cool shades of the garden. 5 min walk from a beautifull midsize beach where you cant rent a bed with parasol for less than 3 euro a day. The beach was not crowded and it had clear water, relaxing waves and it felt save to swimm. No music at the beach, wich we found hard to find in Turkey, we loved it. The hotel is surrounded by beautifull Roman archeaological sites at 1 to 10 minutes walk, and there are various small restaurants and shops. The hotel is in the autofree zone, but you can drive up to the hotel to bring the luggage, the parking is a 5 to 7 min walk from the hotel. There are also little carts that drive up and down to the parking, so it is easy to get there and the surroundings are absolutelty romantic, beautifull and amazing. One of our rooms was basic, but okay. The other room was ready to be improved; the curtains were to small, the bed was to old, the sheets to, and in the shower we had problems with the showerhead. But I did not mind, for this price at this location, it was wonderfull! Breakfast was nice, a variety of greens and jams, an egg, fruit and olives, cheese and meet for non vegetarians. Bread was superb the one day, the other day it was okay. I would love to come here again because of the atmosphere, the see and the beautifull surroundings. If you don't mind luxury, but do love to stroll around in a pictureque village, and like to sunbathe, swimm and do some shopping, then its perfect!
