(Some) employees give different importance to customers. The incident I encountered was that regular customers could not park their cars, but customers I knew or was close to could. I did not feel comfortable with the class division. Everything else was fine.

Good, the accommodation is quiet, clean, the service staff is very good, always smiling and greeting.
But I went during the rainy season so I wasn't able to see the view in good weather. Unfortunately, the food is a set menu. I'd rather walk around and choose my own food.
