I chose this resort on purpose because there is a beach with not many people, behind this resort. In addition, the edge of this resort is a hill with a lighthouse at the top. Can do hiking activities. Big room. The bathroom is extra large, it's like 1 other room. Request a room facing the pool to get a beautiful view. Also look for rooms with windows, there are rooms without windows. Cleanliness could be improved - the trash in the toilet was not removed when we checked in. The trash that stayed before us. Dust is in some places, not wiped well. House keeping is slow - ask for a refill of drinking water, tea & coffee, 3 hours more & 3 calls to get it. Too slow. In the shower room, the water on the floor could not flow out properly due to the contractor's mistake in making the floor not according to specifications. Complete amenities - soap, shampoo, toothbrush + toothpaste, shower cap, cotton buds, iron, prayer mat, Al-Quran, slippers, mini bar, tea & coffee, drinking water. The only thing missing is a hair dryer. The swimming pool is big, there is a pool for children like a mini water park. There is also an indoor kids room in Block D. Large area, suitable for family day/team building. Rules that do not seem appropriate - outside food cannot be brought into the room, there is a penalty☹️ Ready to sign agreement to obey all the rules during check-in😄 No smoking/vaping, no outside food, no cooking, no pets. You can't cook, you can understand that. But if outside food can't be brought in, it's too ridiculous.
