住的是 6 樓大床房，進門地板有些隆起，衞生間角落有不明毛髮，馬桶圈內圈有尿漬，但最不滿的是房間有股裝修/新傢俱的污染味道，冬天沒法開窗通風，呆了一天就有點頭疼。 之前住的 4 樓雙床房沒有這些問題，所以就想着下樓溝通一下能不能換成四樓雙床房，結果衹是提了這個請求，就被前台態度很差地反問式教訓了三四句，“你怎麼白天不換呢”，“現在誰給你打掃衞生啊？”，“春節期間當然住滿了啊”。 這些客觀理由我十分理解並接受，但是態度不能苟同。特別是我還沒開始解釋我為什麼要換房，就開始被訓斥了。作為服務人員“教育”顧客是大忌，而反過來我作為顧客也沒必要主動和服務人員解釋我為什麼要求某一項服務。 況且前台也沒給我解釋的機會。 本想當面發火的，罵完或許就懶得在這費事寫差評了，但誰叫過年不能生氣呢😊

作為這鎮上唯一一家連鎖酒店，無論服務衞生都沒話説，一進房間就覺得衞生做的很到位，馬桶，洗漱台很乾凈，還有小愛同學音響控制燈光電視空調窗簾，真的很便捷，空間比較大，還有個沙發，可以稍微坐一會，總體還是很舒服
