The room is very good, very clean and hygienic. What I like most is the water dispenser, which can directly produce hot water. I really like it. I also like the decoration of the sanitary napkins. The room is also very soundproofed. Breakfast is provided and the price is affordable!

Come out. Playing here, I found a hotel casually. I didn't expect the room that surprised me to be very clean and the environment was better. There is a bus stop downstairs, and it is more convenient to take a taxi. There is a particularly lively Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street nearby. There is a night market that is very prosperous. The food inside is Lanzhou's characteristics. You can recommend friends and come here to check in. This time I stayed at this hotel and I felt pretty good. The environment was very elegant, but their lobby was on the 6th floor. The front desk staff was particularly enthusiastic and may come to live next time.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and there is a special car to pick up and drop off the airport every 30 minutes, which is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy and very quiet. The lady at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and arranges the pick-up and drop-off vehicles in a timely manner. The hotel has a restaurant, but I slept until 9 o'clock and missed breakfast, so I won't comment. There is a row of restaurants just outside the hotel, so it's very convenient to eat. This place is a very good choice for connecting planes.

The design of the hotel is modern and warm, the lobby is spacious and bright, and the decoration is elegant, giving people a comfortable feeling.
The rooms are spacious, well laid out and decorated in a simple and atmospheric style. The room is fully equipped, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the pillows are rich to ensure a good quality of sleep. The bathroom is clean and spacious, with high-end toiletries. The first time I came to Lanzhou, I chose a hotel in the scenic area. It was very close to the high-speed rail station, so I chose this hotel. After entering the lobby, it was better than I expected. I checked in at the front desk. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and shared the delicious beef noodles in the surrounding area. She also upgraded me to the starry sky room for free. The experience was very comfortable, and she took the initiative to add my WeChat and sent me the surrounding beautiful scenery and snacks. She was very enthusiastic to send the room wifi and wifi password. Just copy and paste it directly without manual. The room was equipped with goodnight drinks in advance. Entering the room felt like returning home, very warm and thoughtful. The lady also informed the room that there was a glass skylight above the bed in the upgraded starry sky room, which could be opened with a remote control. The lady always maintained a gentle and sweet smile, very friendly, and the details were in place. She guided me to the elevator and went to the room to inform me of the facilities and equipment in the room. The room has good lighting, and the floor heating is turned on in winter, so the room is very warm. I stayed here for 2 nights. It was very convenient to go out and walk around. In short, it was a very happy stay experience. The check-ins for scenic spots and food you sent me were really useful. I will choose this hotel again next time I come. In the evening, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset of Jincheng 🌅 , and at night, you can enjoy the bright night view of the city and feel the beauty of thousands of lights. Especially the bedding is comfortable, which makes people sleep well all night. 👍The hotel gym, swimming pool and other supporting facilities are complete, and all aspects are very good!
Service: The hotel staff are enthusiastic, the service is thoughtful, and the check-in is smooth. Manager Pu in the lobby is warm and friendly. If there is a need, it can be solved quickly. PPeterThis is a very nice hotel right on a pedestrian street lined with food stalls and restaurants. At night mobile food carts get rolled in and positioned along the center of the street adding yet more food choices! In addition to this, just a short walk away is a huge pedestrian shopping street along with an underground shopping complex accessed through street level escallators.
Although the hotel is on a pedestrian street it is really just about 3/4 block from a street with vehicle access. This hotel is a bit difficult to find though, because individual street address numbers are difficult to find. The best thing is to look for a huge Hanting Hotel logo on the right side of the pedestrian street as you head up from the traffic street along the river. The sign is blue with a white horse! The entrance to the hotel itself looks more as if you are entering a coffee shop because of the street entrance signage. But power past all the tables for people having coffee, and you can find the hotel front desk at the back.
As mentioned before, the hotel is quite close to the Yellow River and just a short walk to the ”Iron Bridge” (AKA Zhongshan Bridge) and all that neighborhood offers!
One drawback to the hotel is that to get into the entrance there are some narrow steps. Level entrances are always best!
Yet, I would definitely stay in this hotel again! (And when you are in Lanzhou, be sure to try Lanzhou Beef Noodles!)

I can’t wait to give this hotel a good review. I want to edit it carefully when I sit on the plane. We are going out to transfer at Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport for one night. I have to admit that the first reason for choosing this hotel is because I can pick up and drop off the plane for free. Haha, But after I stayed, I gave me a lot of surprises. Trip.com Four Diamond Hotel, and it is so close to the airport. It is really conscience to be able to achieve this price and service. I am very tired after getting off the plane in the middle of the night. I called the pick-up phone and the driver master came to pick it up soon. I was very enthusiastic. The front desk lady is even more heartwarming to give us a free upgrade room type, the interior of the room is very clean, the mattress is also what we like is not soft or hard, it is just right, I have lived outside for several days and it is a soft mattress. My husband has back pain. It’s hard to feel, there are more small details in the room. For example, the corner sensor light of the bed, the disposable cup will be wrapped very tightly, etc., let me be a very picky person, there is no way to pick up this hotel, the breakfast is also delicious, especially the bowl of hot pasta, is my favorite, go out and tell my husband, I knew that I would choose a flight that took a longer time to transfer, so I can sleep for a while, hahaha, I have not evaluated any hotel, but this hotel is worth giving a good review, like, I will choose this hotel next time!

The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

TTraveling BritFirst of all the hotel is in a great location, right next to Lanzhou centre (with direct access) near the gansu museum and gansu women and children's hospital. If that's not enough it's also close to the subway station.
The rooms were spacious and clean and we felt very comfortable in them, the morning breakfast had plenty of options and was satisfactory. My only issue with this hotel is the elevator wait times (although that's not an issue with the hotel itself rather the building) when going from the ground floor to the hotel rooms we would often wait a few.minutes for the lift, when it arrived people would push infront ensuring no more space.
When I left the hotel at 10 in the morning it took me over 20 minutes to just get an elevator with space to go down, i tried taking the stairs but the doors were locked.
Overall a good hotel i wouldn't stay again just because of the elevator, everything else is perfect.

GGuest UserAmazing experience. The staff is really helpful and they gave me good tips what to do and eat in Lanzhou. They also spoke English which is always appreciated in China. They helped me to deliver a package without questions. It is close to a metro station and west railway station. Really good restaurants just around the corner. The common areas are really nice. JJinzhulamuYou can walk or take a taxi from the high-speed rail station. The starting price of a taxi in Tianshui is 5 yuan. It is close to the Gansu Provincial Museum. There are buses and subways nearby, which is very convenient. The interior of the room is comfortable and the bedding is comfortable. I recommend it if you want to stay near the West Railway Station.

Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
